Rebecca was amazing! Kind, flexible, and accommodating to any group or limitations you have! She called within minutes of me booking just to go over every detail and reassure me of the itinerary and that she was able to pick me up from our hotel even though the website said it was out of policy. She accommodated a family or two elderly grandparents and a 2 yr old toddler. We were changing our pickup time and whether we wanted to do a day or night tour all the way up until the night before and she was so accomodating and doing research to give us minute by minute suggestions. I will totally book with her again the next time I come back!

This self guided tour was everything! I loved that it gave us the option to choose our own adventures. If we passed something, the tour would recognize it and move on to the next thing. It was so nice to have something that linked directly to gps for us. When we lost internet connection in the rainforest, this tour got us through to the main road. The tour guide had an awesome voice too!

One of my favorite tours...
One of my favorite tours by far. They did an excellent job. I will say it is important to follow their instructions. They warn people about the mosquitoes and I was the only one in our group who listened, lol. I shared my mosquito spray of course. They are very clear with instructions but people just have to follow them. I strongly recommend this tour. It was super fun and we also learned a lot.

Nice relaxing and enjoyable tour. Stefan was so knowlegable and informative of the island. I learned so much and the scenery where we stopped was so beautiful. Well worth paying for a driver so you can enjoy yourself. Also breaking tour up into specialty area is the way to go. Not rushing around trying to see whole island in one day.

Outstanding tour! Jodi and Rob are wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the volcano. Showed us the best spots to view the volcano and hidden gems in the park. Rob took family photos of us along the way and sent us a full gallery of wonderful pictures. I highly recommend Rob and Jodi if you are planning a trip to Volcanoes National Park.

this tour was just amazing, the experience of a lifetime. seeing a live volcano was the objective but what made this tour truly spectacular was our pilot who took us to see some unreal 'out of this world" waterfalls, heavenly scenery and natural vistas that looked like out of a movie - the whole adventure was mesmerizing.

Like many tourists, we rented a car to see the sights around the Big Island. I am so glad we purchased this audio tour to add to our drives. At first, I was frustrated with this app because I didn’t understand that we had to wait to pass a landmark (marked by a little dot on your map) before the guide would start talking. Then we loved it.We put like 700 miles on our rental car, and listening to fun facts about King Kamehameha and the Hawaiian kingdom, the pianolos, all the different volcanos on the island (there’s more than one!) and other information made our drives really special.Our guide even suggested a drive we didn’t have on our itinerary which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip - the drive from the Kohala Coast to the Palulo Valley. This audio tour was great value for money.

We did the Anna Ranch tour yesterday and had a great time. We're both advanced cyclist so to ride with an experienced guide who knows cycling and the history of the ranch and the island, was an awesome experience. Thomas was great. He showed us water falls, hiking trails, talked history and cycling as a sport. If you're on the Big Island and you dig everything I just mentioned, this should be on your itinerary.

Wonderful tour experience and great pictures!
Jodi was knowledgeable and patient with my boys. She is very passionate about the local fauna and the volcano. We had a tantrum that made us run late but despite that she didn’t rush the tour and extended it past the end time so we could see everything we were meant to see. I can’t thank her enough for that. She pointed out so many facts, beautiful plants and fauna. A real treat is that she is a photographer and takes family pictures throughout and they are free to download after! It is invaluable and I’m so glad she was able to capture these memories. I would recommend her and her tour to anyone coming to the big island!

What outstanding experience my wife and I enjoyed with Kona Coast private helicopter tours this afternoon.Our pilot, Sam, was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We really enjoyed the time spent with him. We felt very safe and comfortable with him at the controls.What we enjoyed most about our experience was how simple it was to make the reservation, how easy it was to find their office at the airport, and how fun it was to go for a 30 minute helicopter to along the Kona coastline.In addition, this is one of the most affordable helicopter tours we could find. They use a smaller Robinson helicopter that holds the pilot in three people so it’s just you and your significant other. You don’t have to worry about sharing the trip with strangers.In addition, I am 250 pounds and many of the other helicopter tours have a cut off at that weight limit and require you to purchase a second “comfort” seat. This company sets their limited 275 pounds which made it a no-brainer for us.So if you want to go see majestic volcanoes and breathtaking waterfalls at a price that will set you back significantly, this is not the outfit to choose.However, if you just wanna go on an enjoyable helicopter ride and look at the breathtaking coastline of this part of the big end of Hawaii and affordable price than this is the company you want to choose.30 minutes was just right, the price was just right, the scenery was memorable and breathtaking, and we felt very safe and secure every second we were on board this aircraft.

Weather didn’t allow us to do what was originally planned in our tour, but we were still able to have the full 2 hours and saw more of the waterfalls and cliffs. We were given the option of rescheduling, cancelling or moving forward and so glad we just did it! Unbelievably beautiful!
