Entertaining and informative Big Island experience
My extended family of 6 with ages ranging from 90 to 19 booked the Big Island in a day tour. While the tour encompassed a full 9-10 hours of the day, our guide Leon provided an excellent experience. He provided knowledge of the history island as well as the geology needed to understand the island’s origins. In addition, he made the journey personal by relying family and friends of his that lived in the various villages and towns that we toured through. My entire family enjoyed the outing which is no small feat given the variety of personalities. Thoroughly looking forward to another tour when we return to the Big Island. Highly recommended this adventure. You won’t regret it!

This self guided tour was everything! I loved that it gave us the option to choose our own adventures. If we passed something, the tour would recognize it and move on to the next thing. It was so nice to have something that linked directly to gps for us. When we lost internet connection in the rainforest, this tour got us through to the main road. The tour guide had an awesome voice too!

My wife and I booked a tour for the Craft Chocolate Tasting and Farm Tour and we were was not disappointed. The Chocolate Tasting and Farm tour were both very informative and detailed. For the Farm Tour, Jude our Guide, explained from the beginning of how he became friend's with the owner's son Colin, how the cacao farm came into existence, the planting of the cacao trees, all the way through the total processing of making the cacao from the pods. The cacao shop offered the tasting of numerous chocolates from the Island of Hawaii and Oahu, numerous types of specialty chocolate bars and even chocolate nibs for an alternative to coffee and tea. Enjoyed the tour and making a ti leaf lei!! Learning a technique our guide Kalani shared in making lei. He was very informative about the land and traditions and answers questions. We enjoyed hearing childhood stories. Thank you Kalani! We would recommend this experience on this beautiful ranch!

We learned so much about the history of the farm and about cocoa farming itself. The staff was friendly, patient and welcomed questions. We loved the farm tour and the delicious and educational chocolate tasting! We were there over 4 hours but the time flew by! Would def recommend!

We had the best time! Dan was an amazing tour guide! The guy literally knows everything about everything and is super friendly. He stopped at a roadside fruit vendor and purchased numerous different fruits for us to try. He was super accommodating for our 16 month old.
