This was the perfect way to experience the road to Hana. The commentator gave you just the right amount of information and kept it entertaining. It was not annoying at all. He pointed out all the must see spots and made sure we didn’t miss anything along the drive. He also gave a lot of history that we enjoyed listening to you on the way back. Be advised though that if you stop at all the stops, this is a very long day and you will be coming back in the dark which was very tedious on the narrow windy road

The Road to Hana, on OUR schedule! This was the PERFECT way to do the road to Hana and still get all the history, stops for any time frame, all while going at your own pace and not being locked to a purchased guided group tour! So glad we took many people's recommendations amd went this route! TOTALLY WORTH IT!

It was a wonderful experience. Very informative. Lots to do. The sights are spectacular and beautiful. The narrative was very informative. The only thing I could ask for was more upbeat music on the drive back home. Other than that it was a great trip. We would recommend it for everyone.

A fascinating and genuinely unique walking tour of Kīhei. Our guide is doing an impressive job of collecting and piecing together the area’s history, bringing it to life through stories and some wonderful cameo appearances along the way.It offers an authentic local perspective you simply wouldn’t get from a conventional tour. We had a fantastic walking tour of Kīhei with Keith de Devy. What makes Keith’s tour so special is the way he is collecting and piecing together the history of Kīhei, bringing together local stories, historical details and some wonderfully unexpected cameo appearances along the way.It doesn’t feel like a standard tourist tour at all. Keith gives you a unique, authentic perspective on Kīhei, its people and how the area has evolved. He’s clearly genuinely curious about the place himself, which makes the whole experience engaging, personal and great fun.A really cool way to see a side of Kīhei you could easily walk straight past without ever knowing it was there. Highly recommended!

This tour was awesome! It makes you appreciate where your food comes from and the hard work that farmers put in to get food on our tables. Going to the store is one thing but seeing the process is another thing entirely! The owners are knowledgeable and you can see the care they take with the land, the animals and the final products. This is a great place to hang out with your family and especially for kids!

This was an excellent opportunity to see the island and gain some insights about cultural and historical intricacies. We only stopped at about a quarter of the stops and it took us 5 hours one way; 8 hours total. So plan on a full day's event. Also note that much of the roads are incredible views but treacherous driving.

As a chef who sources from Simple Roots regularly, getting to actually walk the pastures where our chicken and eggs come from was special!! The Simple Roots team is passionate, hard working and always excited to share their farm. Beautiful property, great farm store at the end. We loved the up close experience with all the animals. I think this would be great for kids, true farm experience. The views are remarkable, and the animals are so cute! Highly recommend, whether you’re a visitor or someone in the food industry like me.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ love!

This was FANTASTIC! As an incentive travel planner for Fortune companies, I would easily buy this many times over for self-guided tours in rental vehicles or other.THE BAD: The track kept skipping on each narration the first few seconds...not sure if this was a signal or coding issue. It would repeat the first sentence then keep going...got annoying after about 60 tracks. Hope they fix this!THE GOOD: It was auto-triggered by the geofence to begin the narration. They were short, yet had enough detail to satisfy or possibly search for more. The fact that the Narrator told you what to expect and kept in touch even when there may have been a turnoff or small stop, it was nice. You can mute or replay it as many times as you like, unlike tour guide with corny jokes. The app was very helpful, although not the perfect user-friendly version it could be knowing what "password" to input. Be sure to download this and "activate" the code/password BEFORE you get in to Paia! After that, good luck. We had about a 99% success rate using it and could easy troubleshoot what may have happened if we didn't...simply due to the geofence as you drive through the areas or double back for some that were dead ends (parks, sights, etc) and had to go back the original direction.WHAT TO DO: THE FULL LOOP! The Narrator suggested NOT to do so, BUT, if you are a SEASONED driver and are NOT scared of potential bumps, limited sight, tight turns, drop-offs...or grew up in Italy in the mountains...you'll be FINE! The "reverse" is NOT for young or scared drivers who can't deal with steep drop-offs, potholes, extremely narrow roads and more...if you're one to be in the left lane going under the MPH when it's raining...don't do the reverse...but that's ONLY for about 5-10 minutes AT MOST after you get out of Hana. Once you get past that stretch...WHICH IS TOTALLY WORTH IT; it's ALL PAVED ROADS back around! I'd say 2-5 miles of more loose gravel/rough road, then it's smooth sailing...but you WILL need to drive 5mph in some areas due to the very tight, blind corners and be prepared to BACK UP in these areas if you come across oncoming traffic...but it's only a couple times for maybe 50-100yds. SLOW and STEADY in these couple areas and that's it! If you are nervous, anxious, or one of those drivers who get ANY feeling of hesitance in roads NOT on common streets, just let someone else drive it. You will need some gut instinct and common sense to do the reverse...but the views, sight seeing opportunities and more are AMAZING and ISOLATED! I recommend NOT to drive this after dark...no lights, lots of limited sight areas (many dozens), give yourself about an hour for this reverse to do the full loop after you leave Hana. You'll see some civilization later and it's only ONE road in/out! You will literally get dropped back where you started close to Paia as there are no public roads down to Kihei area...so just plan accordingly. We left at 10am, stopped at most stops (except the Lava Tube and State Park with Admission), but stopped at the small side quests and got photos and stayed 5-10m and enjoyed the constant rainy on/off weather. We hiked a few of the trails and did the waterfalls, "Oprah's beach"...in all, we spent about 7-8 hours with the full loop quest, but could have easily been 8-10 hours had we started at 8am. So if you're one of those explorers, give yourself 12 hours for the full loop and time to stop at just about everything...if you're just wanting to say you did it, go before 10am so you can be back aroundALSO: Inexperienced and rude drivers don't understand how to take turns across bridges...you'll see why when you go...so be assertive on your turn to cross or you'll get taken advantage of and have some upset drivers behind you. If you have cars behind you, pull OFF and let them pass. Don't let your sightseeing stop commerce for the locals!I would buy narrations from this Seller again!

We had a wonderful experience at Maui Dragonfruit Farm! Our guide, Skylar, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing not only information about the delicious fruits but also about the surrounding area and Hawaii’s history.The views were absolutely stunning, and the fruit was the best we’ve ever tasted. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Maui!

Brianna was our guide, she was very knowledgeable about the farm and all the plants. She explained in great detail the benefits of the plants and which plants to use to make herbal teas. The fruit was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this tour, it’s different and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful farm tour with Alex! We learned about different plants such as the Dragonfruit and other plants that could be made into teas. The views of the ocean were beautiful and we tasted the best fruits ever at the end of the tour, sitting on a lovely patio. Thanks, Alex! Roy and Diane (your new friends from Salt Lake City).

What a cool tour! Lots of tropical fruits to see, learn about, and you get to sample a big plate of local exotic fruit!

Great experience. The commentary was excellent with optional view points so if you wanted to venture off the guided tour you could and rejoin later. I would highly recommend the tour.

The tour was wonderful with so much great information! We also loved the Hawaiian music in between information stops on the map. There were great reminders of what we had coming up to see and it was super easy to plan on our trip accordingly.
