Highly recommend this fun cooking class where you’ll learn about local farming and produce as a bonus! The hosts couldnt have been nicer and they made it super kid friendly as well.

Wow! What a fantastic experience! If you want a real farm to table cooking experience this is the one. From going out and learning about the different Hawaiian and Canoe Crops grown to harvesting and making your own food from it. The food is delicious and so fresh, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and fun. And although it is rustic, it is very clean and professional, and you can tell it is a true island experience. I brought all of my family to this class while they were visiting and it was their favorite experience out of everything we did! Don't hesitate, book it!!

What an experience! Love the intention the hosts have for their farm and taught us some fun facts. Very hands on for the cooking class, but well worth it when you take that first bite! Made with fresh ingredients we gathered! The hosts were extremely friendly and made it a fun. I’m definitely going to be making this at home!

Fun experience where you learn a lot. We had Josh and his partner. Food was delicious! I think they need to focus in on one story and tell it throughout the experience though—it felt a little unstructured/aimless.

Kenedy and Whitney shared their farm and outdoor kitchen with us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We learned about the agricultural history of Maui, and were shown the ropes cooking taro tortillas, as part of a delicious vegetarian taco meal. Thanks, Kenedy and Whitney, for great food, and a great time!

Small group. Excellent guides. We had so much fun harvesting and preparing our food. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would do this activity again and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Such an incredible experience! Knowledgeable staff, small groups, and great food! So much to learn from the farm tour, to picking the produce you use in the recipe, it’s a blast!

Taught us a lot about farming and helped me with my knife skills, the tacos were great, and for the first time I tried banana ice cream and it was satisfying.

A lot of fun, in a beautiful setting. It was nice and breezy with a tasty meal at the end. The class had enough hands on with the right amount of instruction.

We recently took the Farm to Taco class at Lā Kāhea Farm in Maui and it was brilliant - thanks to the wonderful Janelle and Catherine.Janelle led the farm tour with warmth and passion, making everyone feel welcome as she shared her deep knowledge of the land and the beautiful produce we harvested. Her enthusiasm was infectious and really set the tone for the day.Catherine then guided us in the kitchen with enthusiasm and skill, showing us how to make fresh tortillas and assemble the most delicious, vibrant tacos. She kept things relaxed and fun, ensuring everyone felt confident and involved.Together, they created a fantastic atmosphere. It was friendly, informative, and joyful. The food was incredibly fresh and flavourful, and the whole experience felt like a genuine connection to Maui’s land and community.A definite highlight of our trip 🌮
