My wife and I really enjoyed the tour of your salt processing plant. The tour guide was awesome!👏🏼👏🏼. Not only did she remember the names of all the 21 tourists but she was a wealth of information of the salt collection and processing. She also showed great pride in her Hawaiian heritage and the work the salt processing plant is doing to save the ocean from pollution. Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic experience! Our guide Jaime was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all questions and was extremely patient. We were able to see the bees up close and had an inside look at the honey process. We were able to try a variety of different honey and they had reasonably priced honey that we bought as souvenirs to take back home.

Bryce was an amazing guide and definitely helped make this tour fun and memorable! The grounds are beautiful and all of the staff were very welcoming. There were plenty of coffee samples upon arrival as well as some chocolate samples. We enjoyed learning about Kona coffee and would recommend this tour to others!

Not what I expected.
This farm was not what I expected. I heard hibiscus and just assumed but greenhouse full of large flowy flowers! We got an in-depth tour and experience with edible hibiscus! Completely different type of flowers! Sarah spoke in length about the history of her farm and the broader history about the farming of that area of the big island. Most of the tour was inside the greenhouse in comfortable chairs. Towards the end we got to try her hibiscus products in multiple different ways. They were all unique and delicious.

The guide was personable and knowledgeable, and you get to touch and handle the abalone and some sea urchin, then taste some abalone at the end of the tour. ​This is hands down our absolute favorite coffee farm on the Big Island! What makes this place so special is the atmosphere and the incredible team - the staff were amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. ​During our visit we enjoyed a fantastic walkthrough of the property where we learned all about the local plants and the step-by-step process of how their coffee is made. The tasting experience is wonderful featuring delicious coffee samples, chocolate-covered coffee beans and unique local Hawaiian honey. If you want more than a sample you can also order handcrafted coffee and tea drinks. As very selective coffee drinkers we can confidently say the coffee is outstanding - they even sell rare Geisha coffee! ​A special shout-out to the adorable resident cat who wanders around the farm. It is so heartwarming to see how lovingly the staff care for him despite his eye issues from local fire ants.​Pro tip: When you’re inside don’t miss the map on the wall! Scan the QR code to access a numbered guide so you don't miss any fun spots around the island. Be sure to pin where you’re visiting from on their world map and leave a note in the guestbook before you go. We loved everything about our visit and will definitely be back!

Must Do Experience
This was probably the best decision we made when trying to explore the big island! So glad this kind of audio tour exists. It made our day so wonderful, easy and fun! We got to see and learn so much more about Hawaii than we would if we were trying to navigate it ourselves. The seamless experience was so worth it and 10/10. Would absolutely do this again or another tour entirely. I don’t think I can visit any other park or location without this guide. We really loved the experience and was very worth the money we spent!
