He was very informative about Hawaiian history and facts about area. Made stops not normally done by cruise line and spent extra time in wonderful places. Highly recommended if on big island.

My wife and I booked a tour for the Craft Chocolate Tasting and Farm Tour and we were was not disappointed. The Chocolate Tasting and Farm tour were both very informative and detailed. For the Farm Tour, Jude our Guide, explained from the beginning of how he became friend's with the owner's son Colin, how the cacao farm came into existence, the planting of the cacao trees, all the way through the total processing of making the cacao from the pods. The cacao shop offered the tasting of numerous chocolates from the Island of Hawaii and Oahu, numerous types of specialty chocolate bars and even chocolate nibs for an alternative to coffee and tea. A Zen Forest Experience
Heather Rose was the best guide and really knew her stuff. The forest was so beautiful and we learned so much about both the endemic flora and the flora brought over from other countries. The hike was leisurely and relaxing as Heather wove in stories with the facts and we all really enjoyed listening to her. This was definitely a zen experience that I would recommend to anyone planning on visiting the Big Island of Hawaii.

Absolutely amazing!! Our guide Olivia knew everything about the history and about the ghost experiences, she let us use their emf detectors. The walk was beautiful. Such a cool experience. A member of our group was named Kathy and her full name was Kathleen but we never said her full name and it appeared on the ghost detector app. Also I found what I think could be a ghost sitting at the top of the stairs of the church. Creepy!! Anyways I 100% recommend purchasing this tour it was amazing. You walk from the entrance of Kona inn bar and grill all the way to kamakahonu beach and stop at places along the way. Thank you so much for an amazing tour!!

We learned so much about the history of the farm and about cocoa farming itself. The staff was friendly, patient and welcomed questions. We loved the farm tour and the delicious and educational chocolate tasting! We were there over 4 hours but the time flew by! Would def recommend!

Kona Natural Soap is truly more than great soap! Greg, the co-owner/tour guide, provided us with a behind the scenes look at a coffee farm and working soap “factory”. He takes a lot of pride in his property and likes to share his knowledge with visitors. He seems to customize the tours based on his audience. He complimented us by telling us that we had “Midwest Sensibilities”. He was both engaging and funny. If you can’t decide which tour to take while visiting Kona, and there’s a lot, this is the one.

This was our second tour with Chris. On our first trip as honeymooners, we hiked into the caldera with him. This time with our family of 7, he adapted it to fit the range in ages 7-70s perfectly and we learned so much Hawaiian history and “story" as we experienced this magical place.
