Rachel and Mike are the kind of guides I would actually vouch for and recommend to anyone. It was such a pleasure and it felt like we really had a lucky trip. It was educational, light hearted , and awe inspiring ; the boat ride there is a beautiful time, the boat ride back was so serene below the moon and stars, and being in the water with those luminescent lights below that burning sunset all while manta rays are twirling and dancing below you with various silver blue yellow fish tickling your legs make it such a strong recommendation I’d have to give. Do bring a towel though ! It may be a little chilly on the way back. Thank you Rachel, thank you Mike ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time on the tour! We found them through Costco and would recommend them to anyone.Captain Trevor with Diego and Tamae were a wonderful crew and made it such a great experience. The boat was clean and had nice shade on the ride back and forth to the snorkeling spot. They provided sodas, waters, snacks, and grilled hot dogs for lunch.Tamae even shared her photos and videos from the tour with us afterwards.Our family enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend booking them on your trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our private boat trip with Captain Chad’s Charters on the Big Island. These guys know their stuff! We snorkeled beautiful reefs, saw dolphins and turtles and loved the snacks, especially the fresh pineapple! We were very comfortable on the boat and we were able to choose our activities. We much preferred this trip to one of the more commercial snorkeling trips with lots of people and booze. This felt intimate and you can tell they really aim to please! Book with Captain Chad’s on your next visit to Hawaii- well worth every penny!

Great Experience!! Boat was clean, lots of shade if you wanted it and lots of deck space if you didn’t. Crew was amazing and knowledgable! Saw dolphins on the way to and from the bay and lots of beautiful fish while snorkeling. Complimentary snacks, soda, water and juice were plentiful! Cocktails for purchase after snorkeling were super yummy! Would definitely recommend!
