Locally run small business, with great customer service. The owner/driver, Ray is very accomodating and informative. The locations we visited were absolutely amazing. Great value for money!

We had Mel as our tour guide and he was the absolute best! He picked us up right at our hotel and the tour itself was so fun and we also learned so much!

I had such a great experience! The smaller group made it so much easier to see more places and explore the Big Island efficiently without feeling rushed. Rae was an amazing and incredibly knowledgeable guide who made the entire day fun and interesting. He kept us stocked with drinks and snacks throughout the day and even ended with a fun quiz to see what we remembered from everything we learned. I’d definitely recommend this over a large group tour if you really want to experience and learn about the Big Island!

Captain and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with the newbies and gave more experienced snorkelers freedom to do our thing. I would recommend this boat to anyone wanting a great experience on the water.

Hang loose boat tours was the operator. Great crew on the double decker boat We did morning Cpt Cook morning snorkel. They provided lunch which was hoagie style sandwiches, cups, and pineapple. Had sprite and water to drink. They provided snorkel gear but we brought our own.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and great sense of humor. Had a little taste of the island from different areas. Volcano experience great.

It was truly amazing! So many giant beautiful manta rays came so close to us right away. There was so much other sea life, including dolphins! Captain Dylan and crewmen Elio and Bailey were fantastic, very friendly and informative. It was a lovely stress free experience!

WE fortunately bundled our entire day with Big Hawaii Tours, with a morning volcanic experience and then this picturesque aftgernoon Tropical Delight. Fred and Maryna were the best hosts and guides. Mahalo BHT!

Our tour guide was fantastic, super personable and knew a lot about the island, fruits, trees, etc. Although we don’t visit Royal Kona, we did visit a coffee farm, great people & experience.

Wonderful ride with Harvey. He was very knowledgeable about sites along the 2 hour ride from Hilo to Kona.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day.The tour took us to some absolutely spectacular places, including Rainbow Falls, Akaka Falls, and the volcanoes. The scenery throughout the day was breathtaking — lush tropical landscapes, dramatic waterfalls, and the incredible volcanic terrain that makes the Big Island so unique. Every stop seemed to offer another picture-perfect view.Unfortunately, I needed to leave the group earlier than planned. Ray couldn’t have been more accommodating. He personally made sure I got back to the port safely while my wife stayed with the group and continued the tour. I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.My wife had an amazing time during the remainder of the tour and sent me some fantastic pictures of the volcanoes and the lava tube. Seeing those photos made it very clear that she got to experience some truly spectacular sights — and that I definitely missed out!Ray deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer service.
