Raymond Georges was an excellent tour guide. Not only was he very knowledgeable of his homeland, but his love of the Islands and his family (O'hana) immersed us into his world. He arranged our tour according to what we requested, but we also trusted his judgment to take us to places he knew visitors would want to experience. We felt very safe with his driving. And we appreciated that he had local bottled water and snacks available.On Maui & Kauai we rented a vehicle since we had 2 days, but with Kona (and Hilo) I totally recommend using Hawaii Island Insider Tours instead because it was so very EASY!! We didn't have to Uber to the airport and go thru the hassle of getting a rental. Instead we just got off the tender boat (or ship in Hilo) and there he was...waiting for us with a big smile. We just hopped in his vehicle and off we went to explore Kona! It was a perfect day!

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Steve was very responsive and helpful. Our tour guide Amanda was very nice and knowledgeable. We enjoy learning about the culture. We were provided with a great meal, wich provided sample of local food. This was a nice unexpected touch. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend touring with Aloha Aina.

We were vacationing with our 3 generation family and did this tour with Mac as our guide. He did an excellent job relating to all of us and was able to keep the youngest involved and listening. I would gladly book another tour with Mac. We were even able to cap off a great day with a beautiful sunset on the way home.

Great experience and great guide
We had a great time hiking with our guide Ryan. He’s very knowledgeable and entertaining. The hike was just as described. You can do this hike on your own but it will not be the same experience. We learned so much about the geology and legends as well as the plants. I know if we didn’t book this tour we would have missed so much. Worth every penny! Would highly recommend hiking with Ryan.

Absolutely fantastic I would recommend this tour to anybody I didn't actually book the tour myself a concierge at the hotel did so I did not realize we were going to Fisher 8 if you want to see something out of this world go on this tour the tour guide Amanda was amazingly fantastic snacks the food the drink very very adequate what you needed the knowledge that Amanda new about the island and everything else happening unbelievable the tour itself for fissure 8 the gentleman that owned the property Chris wow he is so passionate in what he does what he wants to say we get top of fiissure 8 and the distruction that happened we feel humble very humble of what has gone so if you want a tour this tour this is the one.
