Donna was a fantastic guide. She was informative and friendly. She guided us through all of Hilo and Volcanoes NP! Black sand beaches and Rainbow waterfall! Volcanos NP and lava tubes were awesome! 10 out of 10 would do again! Blew my expectations out of the water with her knowledge. Andrew was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, a fantastic guide/storyteller, and made us all feel safe. He is great at what he does! Seeing all the scenic parts while hearing about hawaiian history, the caves, the stars! Everything was so worth seeing. Doesn't even feel like hours had passed. Plus the hot chocolate at the end 👌 🍫.

We really enjoyed the off the beaten sites that Fred took us to, and appreciated the great selfies and pix that Maryna helped orchestrate. While we missed Kilaeua's eruption, we saw the real world effects of this lively volcano. Moving experience.

Fun experience! Kenny was fantastic! Communications prior to the trip was great, with pick up time and location. We got to visit the sites in and around Hilo - waterfalls and caves. Then we drove up Saddle Road, had dinner and saw the stars. It was an experience, great clear night. Had a lot of fun! Plenty of snacks along the way. Would highly recommend!

We were vacationing with our 3 generation family and did this tour with Mac as our guide. He did an excellent job relating to all of us and was able to keep the youngest involved and listening. I would gladly book another tour with Mac. We were even able to cap off a great day with a beautiful sunset on the way home.

We had a great time hiking with our guide Ryan. He’s very knowledgeable and entertaining. The hike was just as described. You can do this hike on your own but it will not be the same experience. We learned so much about the geology and legends as well as the plants. I know if we didn’t book this tour we would have missed so much. Worth every penny! Would highly recommend hiking with Ryan.
