Robbie was a great guide! What I appreciated most about my experience was the safety briefing before actually stepping into the water! He thoroughly explained to all of us how to relax and breathe while in the water. He made sure we knew how the snorkel functioned and made sure we actually knew how to swim while using before we swam further from the shore! Even with those swimmers who were not fully confident with the snorkel he stayed with them to ensure their safety. Rob was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the ocean and its creatures. He took great pictures and videos of my family all while keeping track of several other people. We got to see a couple of sea turtles and got to touch and take pics with several other creatures of the sea. I would definitely recommend him and his services. We had a great a time and made memories that will last a lifetime.

I tried surfing for the first time ever in Hawaii! I had such a blast in the group lesson and met a lot of nice people! The instructor’s Devon and Theo were very friendly and knowledgeable about surfing and they were very encouraging to everyone as most of us were all newbies. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to try something new and get out of their comfort zone. I will say it is quite the workout to paddle out to the waves and does get exhausting. If you are aren’t in decent physical shape and very comfortable around the ocean I would caution you for safety to make sure this is something you are comfortable doing. It was a blast and I can’t wait to go back to Maui and try again!

My husband and I (50s) and my teen daughter wanted to try surfing. We booked this tour and had a great day. There were 5 in our group. Our instructor showed us how to stand up while on land, then took us to the water. You do have to carry your own board down to the beach and back. Once in the water he gave everyone several chances to catch a wave and help get us going. Such a fun time!
