Beautiful Dive Site, Awesome Boat and Crew
Amazing experience, a must do if you’re a scuba diver in Maui. The Cathedrals were breathtaking, both very different in beauty and wildlife encountered. The boat is a nice boat, small dive group sizes, and the crew takes care of you and everything on your trip! All you have to do is put on your pack and go enjoy! Divers of all experience levels went and they were able to cater to us all, and come up when it was the right time for you and your capabilities. The Viz was unreal, 100+ and it wasn’t so deep you ran out of air quick. Make sure to bring a camera for in and out of water. We also had dolphins come within arms distance of our boat and we got to stop and watch the show. Never felt rushed or hearded like cattle. This is truly a class act and I’ll be booking again when I’m back!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Maverick Helicopters and couldn’t be happier with our choice.Our pilot, John, was outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of interesting information throughout the flight. What we really appreciated was that he never made the experience feel rushed — he took the time to make sure we could properly enjoy and see all the incredible scenery along the way.Our original flight had to be rescheduled because of poor weather, and we actually really appreciated the fact that the team prioritized safety rather than trying to operate in less-than-ideal conditions. Jules at the front desk was excellent and quickly found us a great alternative for the following day. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.The next day, the weather was perfect and the flight was simply unforgettable.To make the experience even more special, at the end of the tour the General Manager had a lovely surprise for our son, who was celebrating his 10th birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really meant a lot to us.From beginning to end, the level of customer service was exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely seemed to care about making the experience memorable.We had read all the extremely positive reviews before booking and, after experiencing Maverick ourselves, we can honestly say they are not exaggerated at all.A huge thank you to John, Jules and the whole Maverick team. We registered for a cash fund to help pay for this tour for our honeymoon. Overall, I think it’s worth the money, but doesn’t make it any less expensive! Wish it was a little longer of a flight for how much it is. Our tour guide/pilot was John and was very knowledgeable about the area and where we were flying around. Helicopter was very safe and stable, coming from 2 people who had never been in one. Stopped in the rainforest for about 30 min and had some local fruit, pretty cool experience. Also I don’t like how they ask you to buy a photo at the end for $30, I would rather them include it in the price of the ticket and you get a photo with it. I don’t think a lot of people want to pay for anything more after spending $700+ for the flight. Would create a lot less waste of printing out all the photos and the photographer makes more too.

Was weary of making the drive myself since I wanted to view the sites instead of worrying about the drive. So glad sister and I booked this trip with Local Maui Tours. Met easily with guide (I'm horrible with names, Callen sp?) at a safe location. He drove a clean and very comfortable Wagoner. Felt very comfortable with his driving especially with all the curves, bridges and having to stop for single lane sections in some areas. He was very thoughtful and brought a fresh coconut and mangoes for us to try along with extra water. Beautiful drive with what seemed like waterfalls around every curve. Had plenty of time to enjoy the stops along the way.
