This was an unforgettable experience. I have 5 people i need thank. Deavon was great with the communication of details and follow up to my questions. Ricki was extremely nice and helpful getting me my gear and storing my valuables when I was snorkeling. Kekoa our captain did a great job. Greg all day did an amazing job in the water. Khalayla was instrumental in taking care of my prosthesis and helping me in the boat. Here is the story. We were the last tour of the night. We had two couples joining us for there second time for free because the team wasn't happy with what they were able to see the previous night. All of us got into the water. After about 30 minutes of only seeing one Manta for a very short time we reloaded and we were going back in. Once again the team was not satisfied we got our money's worth so everyone was invited to reschedule for free. As we were leaving there was action from a different group. The Mantas were there. Greg all day asked if we wanted to go back in. That was a no brainer yea we did and we were not disappointed. The pictures you see of the Mantas is what this team was able to provide for me. 5 stars all the way. Thanks you Greg all day and the rest of the crew.

We had such a great experience with Hawaii Island and Adventure Tours! Deavon was our host and honestly could not have been better. He was super responsive, explained everything clearly, and anytime we had a question or issue, he took care of it right away. Communication was great from start to finish.The crew was awesome too. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job explaining everything and making sure everyone was comfortable. One person in our group had a really hard time getting off the boat, and the crew was incredibly patient and helpful, which we really appreciated.We only saw a few mantas on our first trip, but I was really impressed with how the company handled it. They offered us the chance to go again or try their Captain Cook day snorkeling trip instead. We chose the day trip, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our time there. Deavon was our host again, and the crew took us around, showed us different sights, taught us about the area, and gave us some great recommendations.The whole experience felt very personal and well organized. Even though the manta viewing wasn't quite what we hoped for, they really went above and beyond to make sure we still had an amazing experience. I'd absolutely recommend them and would definitely go with them again!

Seeing the volcano was the main event, but the Queen Liluokalani Gardens were beautiful. The Rainbow Waterfall was one of the more memorable falls on my trip. I learned a lot about volcanoes from Kemo. He was the best!

Chris and Matt were the best!!! We somehow got lucky and it was just me and my husband on their 8am Polynesian culture tour. Chris led my husband on ATVs and I joined Matt in their UTV for the tour. We got to “visit” Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, and Hawaii. You can tell how passionate Chris and Matt are about sharing the culture of each island. We had a great time being hands on at each stop. We travel quite a bit, and this was one of the very best tours we have been on. We went not only to volcanoes national Park, but to the waterfall tour and historic downtown Hilo but what made the trip the most enjoyable was our tour guide Kimo. He was extremely knowledgeable and very, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend him for any tour.

Our tour guide was very knowledgable about the area and history of the Kona Cloud Forest. I was quite taken by her knowledge of the different foliage in the area,history and botanical importance to the environment. The trail was natural, which made it all the more interesting, The tour guide answered questions clearly and with confidence, showing her knowledge of the area. Spontaneous, but well worth the time.
This trip was very spontaneous for my husband and I. I felt the cost of the experience was well within the price range of activities on the island. Our tour guide Heather rose was amazing. She was super informative, pleasant to talk to I felt like she knew all the answers to the questions that were asked. I also feel like the environment that the trees and flowers are flourishing in was incredible. Highly recommend this as an unusual stop on your Hawaiian vacation.

My wife and I enjoyed the ATV tour. Our guides (Dani and Lorenz) were excellent in keeping the ride fun throughout the rainforest mountain side and sharing their knowledge about the Polynesian culture. You won’t be disappointed!
