My wife and I went as part of our 20th anniversary vacation and had an absolute blast. Koa, Jacob, and Kecee were excellent guides and hosts. They were so informative, especially as people asked more questions and they shared so many cool stories about their business, experiences, and the sealife we saw on the tour itself.

Cool Hawaii screwed up but the tour company made it right.
Booked with Cool Hawaii but Cool Hawaii wasnt supposed to book it for that day because the boat was in for maintenance. So we showed up and nobody was there. The tour company immediately made it right even offered to have someone come meet us and bring snorkel equipment and recommended a good snorkel spot. We ended up doing the tour a couple of days later. Eric and Lucas were great. Eric seemed to have as much fun driving the boat as we did riding on it. We saw a couple of pods of dolphins on the trip to snorkel. Captain Cook monument was a great place to snorkel water was very calm and there was alot of fish. Lucas cut up delicous pineapple for everyone. Saw some sea caves and historical sites on the return trip. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Really amazing experience and our Tourguide, Aaron, was outstanding! His knowledge of everything from geology to astronomy to Hawaiian history was amazing and his ability to deliver in a fun and easy to understand way was fantastic. The bus ride flew by! The sunset ABOVE the clouds at the top of Mauna Kea was so beautiful and the star gazing was lovely if a bit cloudy (we couldn't use the telescope, but we did see quite a bit of constellations intermittently. They took good care of us and I highly recommend the tour. Ask for Aaron!

Amazing tour! Smooth check-in and -out and professional crews. Big shout out to Deavon, Koa, Kanana and Greg who kept us safe and made the tour enjoyable. We saw four mantas, they were so close to us (don’t touch them). Still feel surreal, an unforgettable experience.

Went with a large group of 11 plus baby. Was pleasantly surprised on our experience. Our guide was very informative and learned each of our names. The salt tasting was great and they accommodated an allergy. Would recommend taking a sun hat or umbrella as you stand out in the sun for a bit during the tour. We ended up buying lots of different salts. Would love to come back again to try the foot soak.

Get ready to learn all about how chocolate is processed. The owner and developer was so helpful and he really knows business. I loved his humor. Then he also has a soap processing business in there using only natural essential ingredients. I have to say this was the most memorable and best tour my husband and I have been too. Not to forget the coffee beans he grows and processes. It was so interesting to hear his life story and history behind his amazing plantation.
