Meeting and Pickup
The exact meeting location, along with your driver's name, contact information, and a description of the vehicle, will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival; via Viator, direct email, or text message, whichever you prefer. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name.
What To Expect
1. Reserve & Provide Details: Book your private transfer option that aligns with your drop-off destination and provide your flight details, drop-off address (hotel name or private residence address), and your preferred contact method (Viator, Email, or Text).
2. Instant Confirmation: If booked more than 4 hours prior to your arrival you'll receive an instant confirmation from Viator. You'll then receive a message from us with your driver's name, meeting point details, vehicle info, and contact number 24 hours prior to your arrival.
3. Meet & Greet: Your driver will meet you at the designated point with a sign displaying your name, and assist with your luggage.
4. Comfortable Ride: Relax and enjoy a smooth ride in our premium Mercedes Sprinter to your hotel or residence in Kailua-Kona.
5. Drop-Off & Farewell: Your driver will assist with your luggage at your destination and ensure you're satisfied.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate. If that is the case, please reach out to us and we will discuss your options prior to booking.
