Meeting and Pickup
CONFIRMATION: We will contact you the day before your tour begins to confirm your pick-up time and location. Pick up begins at 8:30 a.m. and can vary depending on your location.CRUISE SHIP VISITORS: When you arrive at the Port of Hilo, our tour guide will greet you inside the cruise ship terminal with our company sign.OTHER PICK-UP LOCATIONS: We will arrive at your specified location in a white, 15-passenger Ford Transit van.AIRPORT: We do offer pick up and drop off at the Hilo airport
