Join Jack's Diving Locker, Kona's oldest dive shop, for a day exploring the incredible underwater world with our experienced crew. We frequently find reef fish, eels, octopus, turtles, dolphins, and much more! And if you're here during the winter season, we often see humpback whales hanging out on the surface between dive.

Q: How soon can I fly in an airplane after Scuba diving?

A: Participants in the 2-Tank Daytime Scuba Dive Boat Trip cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive. The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS. Read more Jun 2024
