Whether you are seeking a relaxing day on the water or an intense big game fishing experience, Capt. Gaige is the perfect guide!
You’ll be setting out on your adventure in a 35’ Bertram sport fishing boat that can accommodate up to 4 anglers & targeting Blue Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, and plenty more. Capt. Gaige will have you trolling as soon as you leave the harbor and he’ll provide you with top-quality fishing gear to help you battle and reel in your dream catch.
Anglers of all ages and skill levels are welcome aboard!
What's Included
- We Provide all necessary equipment to fish and a cooler with ice. All you need to bring is whatever you like to eat or drink.
- Gratuity is not included in the price. It is customary to tip your Captain & Deckhand.

We ask what type of fishing you’re interested in and what you would like to experience during your charter. Whether it's going for your Grander Blue Marlin or catching Aku with the kids. Let us know what you would like to do and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

We provide a high-quality, private charter fishing experience for up to 4 anglers. We use only IGFA certificated tackle so when you catch that really big one it will be official! Our crew is first class and will help you catch your prize fish. Whether you are after that "bucket list" marlin or something to serve for dinner, you’ll enjoy your time on the Kona Cowboy.

Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the activity start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the activity start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the activity local time (HST).

This activity requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
