The experience at the boat ride was excellent, except when we arrived in Lahaina it was a mall parking lot, so we called customer service if we were in the right place, but they treat us like we are stupid people the way the male customer service representative answered. I asked if we were on the right place since it was a mall. I asked where the place is, we are not from this area. he answered, " will you won't be parasailing in the mall". I answered him in a cold voice "we know, we are not stupid that is why we are asking" If I could just cancel my trip that day, I would. We came from a different State, they could had been nicer or more welcoming. but maybe because of my accent, he thinks he can make fun of us. It was not a great experience with the customer service people.

Such an awesome and insightful experience! Don’t be afraid if you’re a beginner, the teacher is very nice. So much fun playing alongside him. We’ll have to come back again and learn the drums next time!

The instructor was fun, patient, friendly and kind. We arrived 30 minutes late, because the elevator in the building was not working and had to repark the car and enter another way.. He welcomed us anyway and stayed late to make up the time. And helped us calm down from being stressed trying to arrive on time

The crew on the beach and on the boat were very friendly and helpful. The parasailing was fantastic.

Everyone was amazing! I live in Wahikuli and always watched them go by and my partner came from Colorado and I finally had the opportunity to play tourist. It was so much fun, I can't wait to do it again.

We had the best experience. The instructor was amazing. They went over the basics and answered all our questions. We got a private 1:1 lesson as we were the only two for this session and we loved it. We almost were able to play a song and think we might even buy one back home to continue practicing.

Refreshing cultural experience. The staff are very exciting and fun. The ukulele lessons were easy, manageable and a really good accomplishment. The instructor was really patient, fun and a great singer and musician.

Our parasailing adventure was wonderful. The ride was smooth and very safe. The boat driver and attendant were exceptional and it was the best parasailing experience I’ve ever had.

The entire experience was marvelous. None of us had ever done parasailing before. We all felt safe, informed, and had the best time. The views were unlike any other. We could see the currents and saw dolphins! The staff were fun and professional. Just do it if you haven't!

Dave and crew were amazing and made our experience so fun! They explained everything and put our minds at ease while keeping things lighthearted.

This was my first time doing this, and my son was extremely nervous. Jason the captain has such good energy, he and his crew explained everything clearly and calmly. Booked directly, not sure who my resort would have used, paid about $20 extra…worth every dollar extra, due to how safe Jason made us feel. Would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are first timer like us. You want his calm, confident energy. He was very conscious of boat movements, he made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

Amazing time! Was peaceful to be up in the sky. Saw the water super blue. Crew was calm and made you feel safe.

One of the best and most memorable things we did on our family vacation! Kids have talked about it non stop!

Great experience, very clear in their instructions and family friendly. Love how they take pictures and automatically connect it to your phone. Highly recommend!
