The whole team was super friendly, welcoming, and professional, and we immediately felt comfortable.A special shoutout to our surf instructor Kainoe – he was absolutely incredible! 🤙 He was so patient, encouraging, and positive, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He really took the time to make sure we felt safe and confident in the water, while still making the lesson so much fun.Thanks to Kainoe, we managed to catch some waves and had such an unforgettable experience! You can really tell that he loves what he does and genuinely enjoys teaching people how to surf. If you’re going to surf Maui, you should definitely choose Zack Howards surf. Zack’s wife Sarah was our surf instructor. Completely fantastic woman with a lot of patience for us two new surfers. She was so good at telling us what to do and good at finding the right wave. If you could give 6 stars on Cool Hawaii I would have done this.

Snorkel and kayaking were great. Kyle is a great guide: very accommodating and lots of local knowledge. We saw lots of turtles! Surfing was fun. The instructors were so helpful, very experienced, and were determined to help us get up on the board. So much fun, but plan on being exhausted afterwards!
