This was such a good activity to do in Maui. Despite the fact that you really have to wake up early, it really is worth it. The bus company was really nice and in the end it took us to a nice restaurant for breakfast

Salesi our tour guide and driver was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. The Road to Hana was on our Maui bucket list and Salesi made it extremely enjoyable! We highly recommend him as a tour guide and driver!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience on the Haleakala sunrise tour and so much of that is thanks to our tour guide Preston. From the moment we started, it was clear he was passionate about what he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. He went above and better, taking us to extra spots we would never have found on our own, teaching us so much about the history, culture, and landscape of Maui along the way. He even had an extra jacket on hand for my boyfriend when it got cold at the summit, which made a huge difference. There are no words for the sunrise itself. Watching the sky transform above the clouds from the summit of Haleakala was both breathtaking and ethereal, definitely something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. If you’re considering doing the Haleakala sunrise tour, you should just do it because you definitely won’t regret it. 10/10 experience!

Such a beautiful evening. One minute your so disappointed because its cloudy and raining but then as soon as the sun begins to set the most amazing sun set. Being so high and seeing the cloud base below you was a truly magical experience especially for my kiddo, she was almost lost for words. I am so glad I did not do the drive myself. Our driver was informative, fun, and we felt safe with his careful driving up and down the volcano. I see myself as a very respectful tourist and I have to say I am sick to death of picking up rubbish, trash left behind by tourists who just don’t care. My daughter and I have filled two trash bags of rubbish during our trip to Hawaii on beaches, nature reserves, in the sea, and top of this amazing Volcano. It really is not difficult to take your trash to bin.

It was amazing our driver preston was the best!

Some confusion with hotel pickup in the am. Could use better pickup details. Perhaps send a map of where the driver will be on a map. Continental breakfast was okay but I was expecting more. And maybe a hot beverage. Cofee? Sally was great tour host. He kept the group entertained and kept us all on time.

Sunrise up on Haleakala is a must do experieance while visiting Maui. Absolutely a beautiful site to see and worth getting up early. You are above the world and its amazing way to start the day! Breakfast was very good.

This has to be one of the best tours we’ve ever done. It is definitely worth the early morning wake up call. Preston is an excellent driver and guide. He made sure that we were comfortable and maximized the time we had.

Had a terrific time up there, Preston did a terrific job giving us great information about all different kinds of stars , planets , the history of Hawaii, etc. It is also very affordable, it was a nice surprise when I saw the initial admission fee :) A beautiful atmosphere with the group and had the best time, it truly is worth waking up at 1:30 am :)))

The sunset was beautiful and the tour guide was friendly overall it was a nice experience. Make sure to wear warm clothes
