Kauai Yoga Classes

This was my husband and I’s first sound bath. We had our honeymoon and I thought that a meditation would be a wonderful way to wind down our trip. It was an amazing experience and will definitely do it again when we come back to Kauai. Highly recommend!

Yoga with goats?? Who knew it could be so fun?? My 14 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our yoga class a 808 Goat Yoga. The outdoor studio is shaded, mats are clean, and goats are cute. The instructor led us through a 45 minute yoga class that was approachable for all levels.

Beautifully authentic and memorable experience! The sweet owner joined us and took the time to share some Hawaiian history. Ensured everyone had a great time and adorable pics!

Will was a great instructor. Had an amazing experience. Did yoga twice while on vacation highly recommend. Really helped stretch and relax.

Our hotel (Kauai Shores) offered this every morning on the beach. What a treat. I was able to join a few times, including the Sunday sound healing restorative class. The teacher/owner is engaging and knowledgeable and it's always great to be able to do this outside with an ocean view.

Our 18 year old daughter and her 3 friends had the best experience doing goat yoga! Shiva was a wonderful instructor and the goats and farm dogs were so sweet and made for lots of laughs. The setting is so beautiful as well—all in all an experience they will never forget. Highly recommend!

We had a fun and relaxing time. The yoga wasn’t too difficult for us novices. The goats are adorable. If you take your yoga or yourself too seriously, this isn’t for you. If you want a chill experience that will make you smile, then this activity will be right up your alley. Total time including a few minutes after yoga for photos with the goats is about 1 hour.

Fabulous yoga class. So refreshing and invigorating at the same time. Our instructor, Jodi, was very experienced and kind. I highly recommend her class if you want to start your day with peace and tranquility. So refreshing! Thanks again.

Excellent. Definitely come out & enjoy. If you aren’t guests at the hotels the offer. You won’t regret catching their class. I made this purchase looking forward to Yoga on the beach. I didn’t realize the hotel offered complimentary classes every morning. They were kind enough to honor my purchase & allowed me to take the sunrise 7am at Outriggers.. We are staying at Kauai Shores Hotel So we have made both classes. My husband & I enjoyed them both. We are both up now & excited to start our day with some yoga. Relaxed & ready to appreciate all God’s Beauty all around us here in Kauai. Namaste

Such a fun experience - laid back with the opportunity for a gentle yoga class with fun and goat therapy!

What an awesome day!! The goats were so fun, there are 3 very sweets dogs as well, a host that shares her knowledge and a yoga session from a wonderful instructor.

My favorite activity on Kauai is starting my day with Kauai on the Beach & Anya. She knows her clients and tailors her classes accordingly. It’s a wonderful way to wake up. Thank you!

Loved being able to have options to challenge us if we wanted to do more. Little sad there wasn't so much flow but it was still a nice variety of movements and can't get much better of a view! Just don't forget your own mat or towel-they're NOT provided.

It was wonderful experience to start gorgeous day on Kauai Mama🌈 with restorative yoga on the beach! Crystal singing bowls! Sound of ocean and singing birds! Anya is a great provider to connect with the Universe and a body🙌🏼💜🙏🏼

Such an amazing experience doing yoga on the beach in Kauai! My husband and I had been hiking/walking 9-17 miles/day and by day 6, yoga was perfect for releasing those tired, aching muscles.
