Elizabeth was exceptional and the Island Tour was the perfect way to start our trip. She was knowledgeable and brought so much heart and storytelling to the experience, helping us connect deeply with the rich history of Kauai. I loved hearing about the island’s gods and goddesses, while my husband and kids enjoyed learning about the nature, birds, flora, and fauna—and how everything is so beautifully interconnected. She was also incredibly flexible, adjusting parts of the tour to match our interests and making the whole day feel personalised and effortless. She was so patient with my tired teenager, which we really appreciated! The homemade banana bread was amazing and a real treat. She also took fantastic photos of us, which we’re so grateful for—we finally have great pictures together from our trip! We traveled through Maui dynamic s , it was beautiful island and guide was perfect. One of friend had little accident. In Wilmer canyon but he had first aid kit for us to use. That was great. My friend is good condition now. Thanks.

We did a private tour with Kauaʻi Luxury Tours. Elizabeth showed us so many beautiful places on the North Shore. She is very passionate and proud of the Hawaiian culture and shared so much history of the Island with us. We had a great time with her. She made it a very personal experience for us and even shared some of her homemade banana bread with us which was amazing!! Elizabeth is a great tour guide and I highly recommend her.

From the minute Elizabeth picked us up at our hotel in Poipu, we knew we chose the right tour guide. She is so warm & friendly and her roomy vehicle so comfortable. Her local knowledge made the tour so interesting & fun, stopping all along the way to get beautiful photos of this gorgeous island. The day was planned perfectly with the right mix of sightseeing, a little shopping, and lunch at the restaurant where George Clooney filmed a scene in the movie “The Descendants.” We appreciated how flexible Elizabeth was, customizing the tour to meet our wishes. And her delicious chocolate chip banana bread was the cherry on top! We had the most wonderful day touring this beautiful island & feel like we made a new friend in Elizabeth. We only had a short time in Kauai, and this tour was exactly what we wanted to see. Elizabeth was so kind and friendly. She picked us up and got us to the canyon first because there was a chance for rain that day. It ended up being a beautiful day, and Elizabeth made sure we got to see it all! We stopped for lunch at The Lodge and it was the perfect authentic lunch we had been wanting. She even surprised our son with a birthday cake since she knew we were celebrating with this trip! We felt so thankful to have selected this tour with Elizabeth because she knows so much of the history of Kauai and the Waimea Canyon. Highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Kauai!

Elizabeth was so knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. Her car was comfortable and all along the way she remained thoughtful and aware of our celebration and interests. She provided delicious teas and even remembered my wife’s birthday and surprised her with a cake and candle. Our group of 4 all agreed it was like traveling with a close friend. There was a group of four of us on the tour. Elizabeth picked us up at our resort right on time. She knew so much about the island and its history. All the locations we visited were breathtaking. We had lunch at a local restaurant that was terrific and afterward Elizabeth treated us to her homemade banana chocolate chip bread. It was wonderful! Highly recommend this tour.

We had an amazing experience with Kauai Luxury Tours and so do with Elizabeth. The tour started with on-time pickup and a warm welcome. Elizabeth was too good in making us aware about the facts and stories related to the tour. Home made Snacks bought by her were fresh and tasty and we enjoyed this as well. We had a great private tour of Kauai from Elizabeth. Her communication was great before the tour and she picked us up right by the ship at the port. Elizabeth provided a very full 6 hour tour that covered everything from coffee to amazing views of Waimea Canyon. I highly recommend Elizabeth if you want a fantastic time in Kauai.

After our original tour cancelled on us, we were extremely lucky to find Kauai Luxury Tours. Communication from Elizabeth was very efficient from the first point of contact. And then we had the most amazing day visiting the sites of the North Shore. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and informative, not only about Kauai, but also about the other islands, which we appreciated, especially coming from Australia. Our week on Kauaʻi was already special but Elizabeth McGlone of Holomua Luxury Tours spun it into pure island magic. Each morning she picked us up in her SUV at our Kekaha VRBO right on time; each afternoon she delivered us back home. In between, she wrapped us in the aloha spirit, insider knowledge and laughter.On April 1 Elizabeth steered us first to ʻŌpaekaʻa Falls, where she provided cat treats so our ten year old son could feed the kitten that patrols the lookout guardrail. This was a huge hit and it set the whole tone for the day. At Kīlauea Lighthouse Elizabeth surprised us with her delicious homemade banana bread. Her thoughtfulness and timing made the experience very memorable.Next we visted the terraced slopes of Limahuli Garden, alive with stories of Polynesian voyagers and modern conservation.Lunch was Elizabeth’s suggestion but at our own pace: she dropped us at Tahiti Nui in Princeville, let us linger over fish tacos and drinks, and re-appeared the moment we texted “ready.” The previous day a string snapped on my son’s ukulele and Elizabeth was very accommodating. On our ride back home to Kekaha we stopped at the Kamoa Ukulele Store to get it replaced. Our family truly appreciated Elizabeth’s flexibility because it saved us from having to take an additional trip back to Kapa’a.Two mornings later on April 3, the weather turned sulky over Waimea Canyon, cloaking the rim in drizzle and mist. Despite the very poor visibility Elizabeth was able to make the experience fun. On the grounds of Kōkeʻe Lodge we fed the chickens racing across the wet lawn before we ducked inside for an exceptional breakfast. Our family certainly enjoyed the tour with Elizabeth. She was punctual, informative, and congenial. If she wouldn't have told me that she wasn't a native Hawaiian I wouldn't have known. Her knowledge of Kauai is that vast. Her luxury SUV was well appointed and impeccably clean. You'll ride in style.Here are some tips to ensure you have an even better time: 1. Don't bring food. Elizabeth knows some great local spots to eat. Besides, she doesn't want Cheeto dust on her seats. Would you? 2. It is Hawaiian tradition to call your elders "Auntie". Don't call her Auntie. Not that I did or would. Just don't. 3. Similar to #2, don't call her Liz. Here again, not that I did or would.Mahalo and Aloha Elizabeth!

Jay gave us a very detailed history of Kauai while driving us around the island ( From Princeville to Waimea Canyon and back) He stopped along the way at a few extra stops to get Spam musubi and let us shop in Koloa for over 30 minutes. He was very encouraging that we would have sunny skies, but unfortunately at the top of the canyon, we had mostly clouds. We had a great day learning about Kauai and seeing many beautiful places without the stress of anyone in our family having to drive.

Our private tour of Waimea Canyon and the Southside of Kauai was amazing! Our tour guide/driver Bobby made the tour memorable and extra special by making sure we got to see the best views and was very patient with us in making sure we captured these special moments on camera with his sophisticated photography skills! Bobby was a fun and very knowledgeable tour guide! Strongly recommend this private tour if you are in Kauai. Will not be disappointed!
