We did the 6:45 tour and it was a great trip all around. The deckhands were very attentive with a constant flow of drinks and snacks. Lunch was nice as well. The captain was funny and informative without being too much. All in all it was a great trip!

Machines were in top shape, the route was varied and will test your skills as we went over old volcanic terrain, through large grass, and different sands. I am still smiling ear to ear! This tour was SO much fun. I felt like a kid again! Aside from the fun and exhilaration of riding an e-bike, the landscapes and views along the ride are completely breathtaking. The mountain bikes and equipment are top of the line and well maintained. The guides are friendly and supportive of riders of all different skill levels and ages. I think what sets this tour apart is that it gives you access to an area of Maui that most people never see. This tour was amazing! In addition to seeing the beautiful sunset, we were also able to stargaze and see the Milky Way. Trish is so knowledgeable and passionate about the crater and stars, and it shows. She was able to point out so many fun facts about the crater, wildlife, and the constellations. She also provided chairs, warm jackets, gloves, and hats if you needed, and had hot chocolate or hot tea for when it was time to gaze at the stars. Would highly recommend this tour. This was one of our favorite experiences in Maui.

Highly recommend this tour! After a 90 minute drive up, you see this awesome, other worldly crater - as well as the peaks of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island. After a spectacular sunset - that you see fully to the end, watching the stars come out and the moon rise was stunning. The crew (Jake, Lauren, Chad) were so nice and super fun to be on the boat with. They made the cruise so fun and checked on us throughout the entire trip and made sure we got the best pictures, had drinks and served us a great dinner. We've been on several cruises between all the islands and I think this was by far the best one. The captain, Evan was super cool too and knew so much about the Hawaiian culture and history. His music was good too and my family could not have had a better time! I would recommend this excursion to anyone coming to Kauai!

Best crew ever
I was beyond impressed with how attentive, kind, and compassionate the crew was on the lucky lady sunset snorkel tour. I chose the bigger catamaran tour rather than the smaller boats due to my tendency towards sea sickness. I took plenty of Dramamine and used the wrist bands which did the trick for me. Unfortunately many people were very ill due to the winds creating high waves, which I might note are supposedly worse in winter. The crew was on top of their needs, ready with buckets, ginger ale and lots of compassion. They made sure all passengers had the food and drinks they needed, helped with carrying food from the delicious dinner taco bar and picked up all the trash so it didn't blow off the boat. They never stopped moving!! The cruise itself was amazing with the breathtaking views. The captain stopped at the sea caves and dipped the front of the boat in the waterfalls which my daughter loved. The captain made sure to tell us interesting and fun comments about the area and towns as we passed them. The snorkeling was ok, we have snorkeled in areas where we have seen more fish. This was by far the best views, food and crew we have ever had around the world in a snorkel boat trip. Thank you.

Incredible E-mountain biking experience
The e-mountain biking tour with Donnie was one of the highlights of our entire Maui trip. He and his guide Frankie met us on a private ranch near our hotel in Wailea for a small, intimate tour, about 2-3 hours with stops along the way for epic views. Donnie led the ride while Frankie trailed behind capturing beautiful photos and video, and even put together a montage afterward, such a sweet touch.The course had fun twists, turns, and optional jumps, the e-bikes were well maintained, and we saw deer throughout the property. Donnie’s knowledge of the island’s flora and fauna added so much to the experience. They even had a lovely covered seating area to welcome us and take in the property beforehand, plus snacks/water bottles and towels to clean off the dust after. The terrain is a bit rocky and technical in spots, so it’s worth knowing if you’re bringing a beginner, but for us it was the perfect mix of adventure and scenery.I also rode Haleakala with Donnie on a separate day, starting from his shop in Paia, and that was unforgettable in its own way. He paced me perfectly, kept me fueled, and got me to the top with more confidence than I imagined I’d have.Donnie is patient, knowledgeable, and clearly beloved on the island. If you’re looking for an e-mountain biking experience in Maui, this is it. Can’t recommend him enough, and I’m already looking forward to our next t excursion.
