We enjoyed the performance, the food and the service in this luau. This is our first luau and I did a lot of research before I actually booked this particular luau. I have heard stories that the food in luau is not good or performance is not good. I'm glad I booked this luau. The location was only 7 mins from where we were staying. We had the view of Haleakala and the beautiful sunset on the other side.

The experience at the boat ride was excellent, except when we arrived in Lahaina it was a mall parking lot, so we called customer service if we were in the right place, but they treat us like we are stupid people the way the male customer service representative answered. I asked if we were on the right place since it was a mall. I asked where the place is, we are not from this area. he answered, " will you won't be parasailing in the mall". I answered him in a cold voice "we know, we are not stupid that is why we are asking" If I could just cancel my trip that day, I would. We came from a different State, they could had been nicer or more welcoming. but maybe because of my accent, he thinks he can make fun of us. It was not a great experience with the customer service people.

The moment we arrived we felt like family! Dara and Daniel were both very helpful and supportive! Dara’s instructions were easy to follow and the finished product is something we will treasure forever! Definitely worth the price, loved that our class was in the morning and the “extras”, ie, refreshments, snacks and homemade cookies, were all phenomenal! We LOVED our day on Ali’i Nui catamaran. The snorkel trip to Molokini Crater was fabulous. Could see for 100ft clear water. All of staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved having a female captain. Jordan was awesome as was all of her crew. Food and drinks were great. We will definitely book with them again when we are in Maui.
