The Action Tour Guide for the Road to Hana was fantastic. It worked very well... as we passed a geo-located spot on the route, the audio would start automatically. Very cool technology. The entire crew was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make everyone on board feel safe and comfortable before we took off.Floating 1,200 feet above the crystal-clear Pacific Ocean was pure magic. The ride was unbelievably smooth, peaceful, and offered breathtaking bird's-eye views of the stunning Ka’anapali coastline, Lanai, and Molokai. We loved that they gave us the option to get a quick, refreshing dip in the ocean at the end before a perfect dry landing right back onto the boat deck. If you are visiting Hawaii and looking for a safe, thrilling, and beautifully organized adventure, this is an absolute must-do!

What a wonderful, delicious, and informative afternoon! We saw the trees, learned about everything from keeping the orchard pest-free and harvesting to making a chocolate bar. In addition, we tasted 9 varieties of chocolate in a treehouse with an amazing view! Highly recommend!

The experience at the boat ride was excellent, except when we arrived in Lahaina it was a mall parking lot, so we called customer service if we were in the right place, but they treat us like we are stupid people the way the male customer service representative answered. I asked if we were on the right place since it was a mall. I asked where the place is, we are not from this area. he answered, " will you won't be parasailing in the mall". I answered him in a cold voice "we know, we are not stupid that is why we are asking" If I could just cancel my trip that day, I would. We came from a different State, they could had been nicer or more welcoming. but maybe because of my accent, he thinks he can make fun of us. It was not a great experience with the customer service people.

The moment we arrived we felt like family! Dara and Daniel were both very helpful and supportive! Dara’s instructions were easy to follow and the finished product is something we will treasure forever! Definitely worth the price, loved that our class was in the morning and the “extras”, ie, refreshments, snacks and homemade cookies, were all phenomenal!
