I had the most amazing private tour of Oʻahu with Elf, and I cannot recommend her enough. One of the things I loved most was that she allowed me to completely customize my day. I told her I wanted to get away from the typical tourist experience and see some of the places the locals love, and she absolutely delivered.Elf is a local and a body surfer, so she had so many wonderful stories and such a unique perspective on the island. She showed me places I never would have discovered on my own and made the entire day feel more like exploring Oʻahu with a local friend than taking a traditional tour.Her kindness really stood out to me too. I had a terrible sunburn from the day before, and Elf actually stopped at her surfers’ community spot and cut fresh aloe for me to put on my burns. It was such a simple but incredibly caring gesture, and it tells you exactly the kind of person she is.We visited a local shopping center off the beaten path and a wonderful coffee shop and artist colony in Waialua. We explored beautiful Haleʻiwa and the North Shore, and she took me to Waimea Valley to see a heiau. We then visited Puʻu O Mahuka Heiau, a very special place of worship with one of the most beautiful views. Being able to experience these places while learning about the island from someone who calls Oʻahu home made them even more meaningful.And then there was lunch! Elf took me to the food truck area in Kahuku, where we ate at Kalena’s Hut. The barbecue was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Hungry Man. You may not be able to finish it, but it is exceptional! We ate our lunch underneath a beautiful plumeria tree, which somehow made the whole experience even better. The pineapple pies made by his daughter were delicious, and Kalena himself was one of the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet. He was simply a joy.This is exactly what I was hoping for when I asked for a private tour. I didn’t just want to check places off a sightseeing list. I wanted to experience Oʻahu through the eyes of a local, discover places I wouldn’t necessarily find on my own, meet wonderful people, hear their stories, and come home with memories that felt personal.Elf gave me exactly that and so much more. If you want to see a different, more personal side of Oʻahu, I wholeheartedly recommend spending the day with her. It was one of those special days in Hawaii that I will remember forever.More than anything, Elf is truly a good soul and a beautiful person, inside and out. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine love for her island came through in everything she did. I feel incredibly fortunate that our paths crossed, and she will always be part of some of my favorite memories of Oʻahu. 🌺

Our entire family had an incredible experience with Stoke Drift Surf Lesson. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip! The package included everything we needed, making the experience easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free from beginning to end. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. They offer lockers and a safe place to store your belongings.Our family ranged in age from 9 to 19, plus myself and the team did an amazing job accommodating everyone’s different ages and experience levels. Our youngest had her own private instructor, our two older daughters shared an instructor, and I had my own as well. This arrangement gave each of us the personalized attention and guidance we needed.They always knew how to position and guide us to avoid running into other surfers, even in the busy Waikiki surf. Throughout the lesson, they also taught us proper surf etiquette, including how to safely share the waves and remain aware of everyone around us. The personalized instruction, attention to safety, quality equipment, photography, and time spent in the water made it an excellent value for our entire family.Our instructors, Jaden, Keith, and Rickey were the best! Patient, encouraging, and incredibly professional. I highly recommend requesting them! They made everyone feel safe and confident while ensuring we maximized our time in the water. Although our family had surfed a little before, this was by far our best surfing experience.The entire team, including the photographer and everyone who helped behind the scenes, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care about giving every guest an unforgettable experience. The photographer captured come amazing photos too, each of us catching waves, and some of us taking the same wave together.If you are visiting Waikiki, I highly recommend booking a session with Stoke Drift. They are truly the best surf team in Waikiki, and our family will book with them again without hesitation the next time we are in town. This experience created wonderful memories for our entire family and was easily one of the best parts of our vacation.You won’t regret it!

We did this sunset cruise to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it was wonderful. There are 10 in our family and everyone had a great time. All the crew members were very well trained and friendly.

Elf was absolutely amazing! We wanted to experience as much of Oahu as possible, so she recommended a North Shore tour that included incredible snorkeling, historic sites, delicious food trucks, and several must-see attractions. Her knowledge of the island is exceptional—not only does she know the history and the best places to visit, but she also shared fascinating insights into the local culture and the ongoing efforts to preserve Oahu's heritage.She also suggested a trolley tour of the southeast side of the island, which perfectly complemented our North Shore adventure. Together, the two tours gave us the feeling that we had truly explored the perimeter of Oahu while learning so much along the way.If you want to experience the authentic Oahu beyond the typical tourist stops, let Elf be your guide. Our family of seven wanted an adventure and a day trip without crowds! We contacted Mana Cruises and set up an afternoon excursion! We boarded the vessel just steps from our resort, and the staff met us with snacks and beverages to enjoy while making way along the coast! On route we encountered huge schools of dolphins popping out of the water in what appeared to be a choreographed performance and great big turtles floating along beside the boat! All of us were geared up for snorkeling, and Kawika helped us individually enter the water for snorkeling! Although strong wind and rough water were a challenge, Kawika stayed with us if we needed help navigating with snorkeling! Following we were treated to more beverages of choice and beautifully presented fruit and snacks! This was an outstanding memory we’ve added to our lives. We thank Mana!

Yoga Floats is a GREAT company. Kelsey our instructor was very helpful and supportive of me and my 3 girls. We had a 1 hour beginner paddle boarding class at Ala Moana Beach Park. She gave a very helpful basic instruction talk and then had us up and paddle boarding in a short time. I personally had a bad experience 1-2 years ago paddle boarding due to rough weather and possibly faulty equipment. She helped me erase those bad memories and put me back on a positive track. We all enjoyed ourselves and the hour flew by. Thank you Kelsey!

What an amazing experience! Woody, Sophia, and Cameron were excellent guides and made the trip that much better. We met on the shore behind the Duke statue which was super easy to find and very accessible. To be on the water and see Waikiki is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you again!

I only signed up for padding, but Ms. Kelsey invited me to stay for paddle board yoga. I'm glad I did!She was a great teacher. I didn't bump into corral area or any paddlers out there. Ms. Kelsey brought the energy that I needed to the water for both classes. I loved it. Thank you. 🧘🏻‍♀️💙

Our tour guide, Dirk, was genuinely positive and personable. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does and loves sharing his passion for Oahu with others. His enthusiasm was contagious, and all the stories, history, and local knowledge he shared made the tour even more enjoyable.What stood out most was how well Dirk connected with everyone on the tour. Our group was made up of people from different places and backgrounds, yet he found ways to relate to each family and each person, even through small conversations. He made everyone feel genuinely welcome and included, which created a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the day.This tour was exactly what we needed. Although this was my third time visiting Oʻahu, it was my first time booking a guided tour because I was traveling with family who were visiting the island for the first time. I’m so glad we did.When I was comparing different island tours, Aloha Fantasy Tours was one of the most affordable options, making it an incredible value. The tour bus was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary drinks were a nice bonus. The itinerary was perfectly paced, not overwhelming, but packed with enough stops and experiences that we felt like we saw so much of the island. There were even a few added surprises that made the day extra special.Another thing I really appreciated was that Dirk intentionally adjusted the route so our bus wasn’t always arriving at the same stops as the other tour buses. This allowed us to enjoy each location with fewer crowds and made every stop feel more relaxed and enjoyable.Everyone on the tour was friendly, polite, and respectful, which made the experience even better.I highly recommend Aloha Fantasy Tours to anyone visiting Oahu, whether it’s your first visit or your third. We had an amazing time. Spent two hours kayaking and it was relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. Saw turtles and beautiful foliage. Would definitely recommend and I will be back on my next visit to the island.
