Private Stand up Paddle Lesson and Tour (for 1 or more paddlers)
Overview
Paddle along the historic Anahulu stream, home of the Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. These enormous and friendly sea creatures swim peacefully along the river. They can grow up to 500lbs!
Enjoy learning about the history of the location while learning skills and tips about stand up paddling. Come during the evening to enjoy a stunning Hawaiian sunset.
You will begin with a brief lesson on land and then paddle across a calm bay into the Anahulu stream. This activity is great for families, large groups, couples, or 1-on-1. All sessions include photos.
Don't have good balance? New to the sport? Don't know how to swim? No worries -- All our instructors are certified lifeguards, super friendly, and highly trained to give you an awesome experience on the water.
We are Oahu's oldest running stand up paddle school -- 11 years and loving it! Discover for yourself why we have received a Certificate of Excellence from Cool Hawaii since 2014. We look forward to paddling with you!

What To Expect
We will travel along Haleiwa Bay and up the Anahulu stream, home of the Green Hawaiian Sea Turtles. Although turtle sightings are not guaranteed, they are very common in our location. Whatever your experience level, we'll help you increase your stand up paddle ability. And PHOTOS are included!
We, Rainbow Watersports, are the original stand up paddle school on Oahu's North Shore, making people happy for 13 years now. Come “Stand Up” for a great cause: a portion of our profits go toward Operation Underground Railroad to help rescue children from sex slavery.
Our school, Rainbow Watersports, has been recognized in several media, including Rachel Raye's Every Day, Lifestrong, Huffington Post, Concierge.com, and more. We've been awarded [BRAND]'s Certificate of Excellence for 5 years straight, and have a 5-star rating on Yelp.
Our instructors LOVE stand up paddling, connecting with guests, and having a good time. We are all certified lifeguards. Many paddlers have said this is the best part of their vacation; make it a part of yours!

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the activity start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the activity start time will not be accepted.
