The best travel was extremely capable, navigating the bus through small areas and best driver I ever met. Very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and current events. We got the whole cultural experience while we were looking out at all these different points of you. Lola took very good care of all her passengers made sure everybody was taken care of and had all the belongings. She pointed out all the destinations and was so knowledgeable and entertaining, and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I would definitely go on a trip with Lola. She’s definitely the best driver I’ve ever been on a bus with five stars all the way.

I've done an island tour before but hands down this has been one of the best I've ever been on. Our guide, Marlon, had both smooth driving and was a deep well of both island history and knowledge over the 9 hour length tour.The tour itself highlighted the island's best spots with adequate time either passing by driving with included narration or a stop over to spend some time exploring.

The tour was great. Chuck was really talkative with both history of the island and stories of him growing up on the island. The only disappointment was entirely with Cool Hawaii and nothing to do with the tour itself. Cool Hawaii have a drop down list of a handful of places to be picked up. We had to walk about a half mile to the closest option. Turns out if we had booked directly with the tour operator we could have been picked up at our hotel.

Tour was excellent. From pick up to drop off everything went smoothly and as planned. Oli our driver was very pleasant. informative and made the trip fun. On the way to pearl harbour he explained how the tour timetable would work, what to expect at the naval base, and also informed us on the history of pearl harbour. Once inside the base, the ranger informed as how the transfer to and from the USS Arizona memorial would happen and also reminded us that it was a cemetry. We did the self guided tour of the USS Missouri. There was plenty of signage and arrows to follow through the many levels of the ship and you go at your own pace.
