Booking the Super Ambassador package was hands down the best decision we made for our family’s visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center. With so much ground to cover and countless activities happening simultaneously, having a private guide completely transformed the experience from potentially overwhelming to seamless and stress-free.Our guide, Fernanda, was absolute perfection. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the rich histories and distinct traditions of each island nation, bringing every village to life with engaging stories and insights. Beyond her expertise, her warm, friendly, and accommodating personality made our entire family feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.Fernanda expertly navigated the schedules, ensuring we had prime seating for presentations, caught key cultural demonstrations, and maximized every minute of our day without ever feeling rushed. Even with her incredible coordination, the center offers so much depth, artistry, and interactive learning that you could easily spend several days here and still discover something new. We cannot recommend the Super Ambassador program—and especially Fernanda—highly enough!

Always a wonderful day. Our Guide Kamryn met us at the entrance and took us around the park. Each of the different culture villages were wonderful. We leaned a lot. The luau was wonderful too. Nel, our server took great care of us.

What can I say except, this is probably the coolest thing we did on Oahu. We enjoyed it so much that we went back 3 days later for the "After Dark" show. We saw Shoot Ogawa and, trust me, he exceeds anything you hear or see. We dont know much about the world of magic, or its professionals, but our daughter wanted to see this, so we went. I cannot tell you how happy we are that we took her suggestion and ran with it. The show is intimate and up close. There is no stage off in the distance that can allow for easier slight of hand. There is no assistant misdirection. There is no curtain anyone hides behind. Everything is performed right before you and, I guarantee you will find yourself utterly amazed. The show is humorous, skilled, mind bending, and family friendly. There were 2 small children, roughly 4 and 6, and Shoot involved them in the magic. Because the crowd is kept small, everyone feels involved and included. If you have time, make the investment in a ticket!

If you want to have a great time, laugh, and be amazed see Shoot Ogawa in After Dark Close-Up. It’s probably the best magic show you’ll ever see. It only has room for 20 people to watch, so it’s worth it to book early. The theater is perfect: intimate and interesting. Shoot is a master magician. What was surprising to me was how much I laughed. I give this show my highest recommendation!
