My son is being stationed in Hawaii in the Navy and I was born in Honolulu. My husband and I surprised my son with this absolutely amazing experience. I think one of the best parts of this luau was the audience had the ability to try out each activity that the performers did. The entire staff was extremely friendly and amazing. R flight was delayed a bit, but it was easy to communicate with the person that was going to meet us in baggage area. We were texting and everything went as planned even w the flight delay. The person who met us at the baggage claim area was very nice and took pics of us on our phones. She even asked if there were any questions or information we needed as it was our very first time in Oahu. .

Eliot was a great tour guide with an energetic personality, he made the experience worthwhile and even upgraded my tour for free after weather concerns made me reschedule. We were looking for a unique tour and the Waikiki Gondola experience exceeded every expectation! It’s the only authentic gondola cruise in Hawaii, and it felt so much more intimate than the crowded catamaran tours. Our gondolier was amazing, navigating us through the calm waters with a perfect view of the Waikiki skyline and Diamond Head. If you want a romantic sunset cruise or a private escape, this is the best-kept secret in Honolulu. A truly magical gondola ride!
