Kobe was our driver/tour operator. He was naturally funny and kept the good vibes going all day. Always checking to be sure everyone had enough water and snacks/food. Made sure we got the history of the area and a special geological point of view which was great because there were teachers in our group and amateur ornithologists too! He made sure we hit all the highlights that were advertised and we felt our money was well spent and that can depend a lot on the tour guide! Would recommend Kobe to anyone thinking about this tour!

On time, comfortable and good communication day before and day of. Large and spacious for our large group of 10 even with children.

Our tour guide Sean was punctual and picked us up on time. He even offered motion sickness patches before we got on the bus. It was very clean and neat.He was such a pleasant guy to talk to. Super funny and informative of different waterfalls. He made this experience so rememberable for me and my family of 7. He made sure to remember everyone’s name (total 12 people).The tour was about eight hours. More than enough time for your moneys worth. We loved every moment of it.10/10 would ask for Sean as your tour guide!

Sean is a wonderful driver and a hidden tour guide! Not only was he punctual and a great driver, he is also so knowledgeable about the island. It was an unexpected delight to have met Sean who took care of us to / from our hotel. Don’t hesitate to book with him!

Easy reservation process. The driver contacted me 24 hours before arrival. On arrival, the driver communicated he was outside baggage claim waiting and provided vehicle details. Very easy. The driver did his job, wasn't talkative; however, he was friendly when answering our questions. I thought the vehicle would be more commercial looking, when it was basically a personally owned vehicle.

The driver was excellent. The plane was delayed an hour, but there was no problem getting in touch the driver. Easy pickup location.

On time and professional service. Lance is excellent driver and very reliable.

Aloha friends & Maui visitors: just wanted to give a shout out to the great service Victor Polanco provided on two occasions to OGG Kahalui airport: #1 was pickup at beautiful Royal.Lahaina Resort at kaanapali at 6am in the morning. He was promt being at my hotel 20min before scheduled pickup time. And he assisted with my luggage & had a chilled btl water for me. The ride was smooth AND VERY QUIET as his new car was so comfortable I didn't realize we had arrived at the airport. There he assisted with all of my luggage & bid me off to a safe flight to Thailand! #2 was pickup at OGG Kahalui airport where he was in the area 1hr prior to my scheduled pickup time. He was very patient & ended up waiting another 30min delay to assist me back to Royal.Lahaina Resort where I'm staying another 2weeks.So if you are traveling to Maui be sure to ask for Victor Polanco as your Driver because he will take care of you & insure to be on-time for your pickup! Great experience. Driver texted the night before travel and the day of. Made it easy to find him upon arrival. Transfer was seamless. I’d definitely recommend

I requested a refund from Cool Hawaii after a scheduled transport didn’t take place. I do admit that the numerous times in the past we have used Cool Hawaii have been problem-free. Cool Hawaii looked into my request and refunded the full amount without any hesitation, which was much appreciated and the sign of an intelligently run business.
