Justin was a wonderful tour guide! Constantly keeping us engaged and laughing. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we threw at him. He made sure to interact with every individual on the tour and make you feel like part of his family. The van he uses is very clean and we'll kept. You can tell he takes great pride in his job. Aaron is a great tour guide. Very informative on all of our stops. Love that he cares so much of his home town. He gave us so much information on the history of Hilo. Just wish we could have seen the volcano errupt.

See Hilo with the insight...
See Hilo with the insight and aloha of a family member. Justin welcomed the group and treated us as ohana. He even had Kilauea show lava during our stop at Uekahuna Overlook. And we got a natural steam facial that’s better than any spa! After a full day of seeing the sites around Hilo and hearing about their history and background we came away with a renewed appreciation of the Hilo side of the Big Island. Mahalo Justin!

Hilo with ohana!
Justin is welcoming and treats the group as ohana. A true pleasure hearing about his family while also providing background and knowledge about the various stops on the tour. He even had Kiluea bubbling lava for us during our stop at Uekahuna overlook ;) The tour never felt rushed or disorganized, but more like a family member taking us to his favorite spots around Hilo. Loved the tour with Justin
My husband and I enjoyed our tour w Justin. He is knowledgeable about Hilo. The timing of the tour was good as far as where we went and how long we stayed. Justin thought of things like water and umbrellas. He answered questions and kept the conversation going by also learning about those of us on the tour. Your shoes will get dirty around the volcanoes park and possibly Rainbow Falls so think about the shoes you wear.

The right guy for your tour!
There are many options for tours of the volcano, but we chose the one with Justin. We were so excited to be with him. Being a local he has extensive knowledge about every site we visited. We learned so much about the culture, the people, the history in the island itself. He knows the right places to go for pictures and just the right amount of time to spend at each site.
