Zane is a Wonderful Photographer! So Courteous & Accommodating. Originally booked this for our granddaughter's 13th birthday. Due to her size, she was not able to wear the provided dresses. My family and I had an amazing time at Moana Glass. We did one awesome family project and my wife was able to do a personal project. Sue was amazing, showing us the ins and outs of Moana Glass and worked in options for our family. She is a great asset to Moana Glass. We were lucky enough to watch Tyler give a glass the day prior to our glass and he was amazing teacher. Paul was the glue that lead our project for the family and my wife project. He made sure everyone was included and most of all we had alot of fun and laughs. Can wait to see the end results laster today.

Unique, fun, and unforgettable experience!
I would *highly* recommend this experience for couples or families. I had seen glass-blowing demonstrations (in Italy) before, but being able to do it yourself, safely and under expert guidance, is a whole other thing. We had a group of 6 (including an 11 year old and 16 year old and 2 grandparents), so we did 3 teams of 2 and made 3 pieces. We were able to choose from a variety of pieces and decided on a pufferfish, a large vase, and a starfish. We had to pay a bit extra for the pufferfish and large vase. Everyone working here was super friendly and funny and welcoming. Louis, who has 30 years of experience in the field, guided us through every step and it was just *so* fun. Touring the shop and seeing other pieces before and after our class was great too, as the art they are able to create is mind-blowing. One note for those considering: the pieces are not going to be cooled and ready for packing up until the next afternoon, so plan accordingly. Our flight was the next morning, so we had to arrange (and pay) for shipping back home.

I am older woman and first time surfer. Booked for one hour private lesson with Kahu surfing School. The instructor, Mr. Jameson did a great job teaching me the basics and getting me safely riding a bunch of waves and I was able to stand up. I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was. Thanks Jameson and Kahu Surfing school for creating memory for me to share it with my grandkids. Nice folks
My kid really wanted to try surfing, so we booked next-day lessons. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and we were unable to go. They tried to reschedule us for later in our trip, but it still ended up being not good enough conditions. They were very accommodating and we appreciated their flexibility. I hope we get to surf with them if we are ever back on Maui.

Amazing First Surfing Experience with Moki!
My wife and I had an incredible first-time surfing experience thanks to our instructor, Moki. From the moment we hit the beach, Moki was supportive, energetic, respectful, and incredibly kind. He made sure that no matter what, we were able to get up and ride a wave—something we didn’t think would happen on our first try!Moki stayed by our side the entire session, pulling us out to the waves, checking in constantly for safety, and giving us clear, motivating guidance. With his help, both of us were able to stand up and catch waves multiple times, which made the whole experience unforgettable.Although our session started about 45 minutes later than originally scheduled, we quickly realized it was because Moki wanted us to have the best conditions possible—and he absolutely delivered. The wait was 100% worth it for the value and experience we received.We truly got our money’s worth and then some. We can’t recommend this surf school enough for first-time surfers. Ask for Moki—you won’t regret it!

Great experience! Michelle was super patient with my kids, gave clear directions and recommended different positions for us to stand and was very nice. She made sure to call us by name and ensured that each member was satisfied. Michelle was very professional and you can tell she loves what she do. I will definitely recommended her!
