What To Expect
Hawaii Kayak Pelagic Fishing! This kayak tour is for the sport fishing enthusiast interested in those epic, big catches! Made famous by Sports Illustrated, Hawaii Kayak Fishing has blown up in the last few years. Meet at Olowalu beach prior to 7am. Start the day by fishing for bait followed by bottom fishing, trolling and jigging for your biggest catch - ono, uku, ulua, opakapaka, mahi, nabetta and more. Our local guide has more than 20 years experience fishing and is a Hobie Kayak owner himself, jigging the waters of Maui with the best knowledge of how to get you that catch of a lifetime.

Yes. Whatever the fishing calls for: live bait, frozen bait, cut bait, or chum, our Charter Captains will have plentiful supplies on hand. The same thing goes for artificial bait such as lures, flies, or plugs.
Jul 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
