Meeting and Pickup
Departure Point: Upon arrival and after retrieving all your luggage go outside and cross over to the middle island. The driver will meet you by Sign Number 3 -The Bus Stop.. If you cannot find your driver please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. You will be picked up within minutes of your call. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per van. It's that easy!

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
