What To Expect
IMPORTANT: This transfer is strictly for Kihei and Wailea zones only. Locations outside this area (e.g., Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua) will require an additional zone fee or cancellation.
Arrival
Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff members will be contacting guests to inform them of driver, vehicle, and waiting area information. On the day of guest arrival, the driver will be waiting in a pre-arranged area near the luggage claim. He will also be contacting guests by cellphone as needed to verbally guide them to the waiting area. When guests arrive, the driver will greet them with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle.
Departure
Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff members will be contacting guests to inform them of driver and vehicle information as well as confirm departure time. On the day of guest departure, the driver will be arriving early and waiting at the hotel entrance or hotel designated pickup location. When the guest arrives, the driver will greet the guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle.
