What To Expect
Learn to SUP stand-up paddle board on Maui. Our experienced surf coaches, perfect conditions, and Semi-private lesson will have you up and paddling in no time. This class is great for people who have experience in paddling or a total beginner. *The Semi-private is only available for your family and friends. *We do not put semi-private groups together.
PLEASE BE PREPARED: Please arrive well rested, and be sure to hydrate and drink plenty of water before your session.
CHECK-IN at Kalama Beach Park at our Surf Club Maui van, we will outfit you with reef shoes and a rash guard surf shirt. We start with a lesson in the park to go over the safety rules and theory of SUP Standup Paddle Boarding. Then our instructors take you out on the water.
*NOTE: All students must be able to swim in the ocean, if you show up for the class and can not swim or are not comfortable in deep water, the lesson will be canceled and no-refunds will be given.
**WAIVER: We will send you a link to the Online Waiver form, please sign this before your lesson.
***Please bring some cash for a Gratuity (tip) for your instructor.
