Get out and explore several stops along the way, including beautiful Maluaka Beach, the striking black sands of Oneuli Black Sand Beach, and the rugged terrain of ʻĀhihi-Kīnaʻu Natural Area Reserve. See Puʻu Ōlaʻi cinder cone and venture into the dramatic South Maui lava fields, where Haleakalā’s volcanic history comes to life.
At La Perouse Bay, discover where ancient Hawaiian history meets a coastline shaped by lava. See the beginning of the historic King’s Highway, also known as the Hoapili Trail, and enjoy breathtaking views of Haleakalā and neighboring islands when conditions are clear.

- **MINIMUM AGE IS 5 YEARS OLD**Minimum age is 5 years old and must be in a booster seat unless they are at least 4 feet 9 inches tall. Our tours are immersive, narrated experiences that require guests to remain seated and respectful of the shared environment. Children must be comfortable sitting for the duration of the tour and able to follow parent guidance.
- Please meet the Adventure Van in front of Island Gourmet Market located at Shops of Wailea shopping mall 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
- The Shops at Wailea, 3750 Wailea Alanui Dr, Wailea, HI 96753, USA
- **Closed-Toe shoes** - Closed-toe shoes are required, as the tour includes walking on uneven, rocky, and volcanic surfaces.
- **Sunglasses, Hat, Sun Protection** - Sun protection is recommended, including sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen, as much of the tour takes place in areas with limited shade.
- **Water** -Bring plenty of drinking water, as the tour includes walking and exploring outdoors in South Maui’s warm, sunny conditions
- **Drinks:** - You can bring drinks but they must be in spill proof container. There is a Market store located right by the pick up spot and has a large variety of drinks.
- **Sweater or Jacket** - Sometimes it gets chilly depending on the day, especially in the open air at higher speeds. Even though we are in the tropics, some people get chilly, so bringing a sweatshirt or jacket may make the ride more comfortable.
