Once settled in, the catamaran sets sail, gliding effortlessly over the tranquil waters of the Pacific Ocean. You feel the soothing rhythm of the waves beneath you as you sip on a refreshing tropical drink, prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
As the evening progresses, you're treated to a culinary journey that delights the senses. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the freshest local ingredients, from vibrant salads to succulent grilled meats and decadent desserts.

What To Expect
Indulge in an adults-only evening aboard Maui’s most luxurious catamaran, custom-built for sunset dining at sea. Featuring a five-course seasonal menu plated and served tableside including favorites like Kalbi-braised prime beef, sesame-crusted ahi tataki, and mac nut butter mahi-mahi. Caymus Cabernet and Moët & Chandon poured on the Top Deck all evening, and curated wine pairings with each course. The best sunset dinner cruise Maui has ever seen.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
