Great experience!

We spent the day visiting amazing sites on Oahu with our guide Andrew. It seems like 10 hours is a long time but we stopped at several site along the way and were given plenty of time to explore each place of interest. We would have never found most of these places on our own and even better having someone else do the driving and sharing fun and interesting facts was awesome! I highly recommend this tour and Andrew was fantastic as well. He took some amazing photos along the way snd shared them at the end of our trip.

Awesome tour but call them directly to arrange pickup

The tour was great. Chuck was really talkative with both history of the island and stories of him growing up on the island. The only disappointment was entirely with Cool Hawaii and nothing to do with the tour itself. Cool Hawaii have a drop down list of a handful of places to be picked up. We had to walk about a half mile to the closest option. Turns out if we had booked directly with the tour operator we could have been picked up at our hotel.

You won't regret it!

Thank you Kurt for an excellent adventure. Started the day watching the sunrise on a beautiful beach, stopped at several scenic outlooks and parks. Had Breakfast at a cool little off the grid, and very reasonably priced establishment, ventured on to Buddhist temple, local surfing hangouts, found some turtles, got fresh fruit from a roadside shack. Kurt took us to places that are not the typical tourists traps, and we were able to enjoy the beauty that is Hawaii. Best part, although we all had our cell phones out, snapping away, Kurt shared the days photos he took with his profession camera with us. Those photos are stunning. To end the day, he treated us to the most delicious donut I ever had. So glad we took this tour. Worth every penny. Do it, and ask for Kurt. Aloha, Donna & Mark

Fantastic island tour

Andrew was amazing! We had the best time, witty conversation and his knowledge is great. The sites we went to were all things we wanted to do so we managed to tick off a lot of things today. Plus we have an idea of where we want to return to. Andrew portrays the true spirit of Hawaii.

Worth the Experience

This is a fun day. The movie and jungle tour were terrific and the buffet was overall pretty good and I don’t do buffets much. The sites are incredible and most the tour guides were fantastic.

Heart wrenching and eye opening

This tour was an experience. Seeing the dramatic results of the bombing of Pearl Harbor were heart wrenching. Standing in the memorial above the Arizona took your breath away. Touring the Missouri was eye opening. Walking through the spaces men and women lived, worked, and fought in made us appreciate our armed forces that defend our rights to live free.

Amazing

This was, hands down, one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. My husband and I did a private Pearl Harbor tour with Lui, and it exceeded every expectation. Lui wasn’t just knowledgeable — he was a walking encyclopedia, and his passion for Pearl Harbor and the island of Oahu was contagious. We learned so much history we had no idea about, and he brought it all to life in a way no book or documentary ever could.What made this tour truly special is that Lui is a submarine veteran himself. His personal insight and perspective gave the whole experience a depth and authenticity you simply can’t get otherwise. On top of that, he was warm, kind, and seemed to know everyone on the island — it felt like touring with a friend rather than a guide.We cannot recommend this tour enough. If you book a Pearl Harbor tour, do yourself a favor and request Lui specifically. You will not be disappointed!
