100% Hawaiian family entertainment. The live music and dance was excellent. The buffet was good. The Chief recognized birthdays,wedding anniversaries, veterans and included audience In the show. Several Pacific islands were recognized with their music and dance. One con is the water park bathrooms which are dark. Dancers are skilled with fire and ice, using weapons and poles. Our bus driver, Lisa,was funny,informative and made us feel like family. We learned a lot about Hawaii with her talk during the ride from the cruise port.

This was a great tour. Our driver and tour guide, Si, was excellent. We learned so much about the history of Hawaii and he shared many personal insights about life in this beautiful state. But the bus was awful and should be replaced. Duct tape on the ceiling, bad shocks, and a dirty interior. PLEASE give visitors a nice vehicle to travel in for 8 hours!

Book this one for the guiding, not just the access.We drew a cloudy, slightly rough day, and that is exactly when a guide earns the money. Nyle was great. The small group meant we were being shown things rather than herded, and she took us out further than we would ever have gone on our own. We saw plenty of fish despite the conditions. On a DIY visit we would have stayed near the shore, seen less, and probably blamed the weather.Credit is also due before you ever get in the water. The bay's entrance fee sits outside the Cool Hawaii booking, and rather than leaving us to sort it out, Eva reached out ahead of time, arranged it, and confirmed it in writing. That is the sort of thing you only notice when an operator does not do it.A few practical notes. The conservation briefing is required on every visit, so build a few minutes into your arrival. The bay is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. And you can stay at the bay as long as you like once the tour ends, which is worth planning your day around.We would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Oahu who wants to actually enjoy the bay.

Captain Jim and his crew were great. They were very welcoming and efficient. They served drinks and snacks. We had a beautiful sunset and almost full moon to make the fireworks even more special. The pickup transportation was a little confusing as I did not receive a time, however, when I called E Sea Diver they were very helpful and made our transportation easy.

This was a great excursion where the stops provided extraordinary locations for photos with stunning views. Kurt, our guide who is a professional photographer, was a blast to spend the day with and made our experience a memorable one. He provided a wealth of information about the island of Oahu and more specifically the areas we visited. He made us feel welcome and all 6 people in his Mercedes coach shared in the conversations throughout the day. This trip was well worth it!
