Michael was absolutely incredible and knowledgeable and responsive to our needs and questions. He has innate ability to understand our interests and shared everything he possibly could with us. His humour was delightful and he is a true erudite, teaching us everything from language, customs, culture, geography, topography, history, food, and everything in between! I cannot recommend Michael more!! I have been sharing with everyone we meet about this tour and encouraging them all to book with him. He made our day absolutely perfect, giving us time in each sacred place, and all the time in the world to spend on eating or shopping or sightseeing, while guiding us about it all. He also cracked me open a raw macadamia nut, and taught us about the fruits and berries of the trees and plants and earth around us. I cannot wait to come back and meet with him again. I wish I could accurately put into words how I feel about this experience. My family and I didn't know what to expect because we never heard of a tour that gives a video but wow. We were floored by how professional Ryan was, how non intrusive the whole process was. We completely forgot he was filming. When we go the finished product (3 days later btw) I was quite frankly shocked. This product could easily have been 4-$5,000. The quality is amazing and the shots were stunning! My Family and I highly recommend this tour. Thank you a ton for the memories that will last forever!

Outstanding day with Conroy
Conroy picked us up promptly and 8:00am and we had a great 8 hours. We stopped at many sights, visited a cocoa shop, a macadamia nut farm, and totally enjoyed the day. Conroy was knowledgeable, we learned a lot about Hawai’i, and kept us entertained the entire day. We’ve been on 3 islands on this trip and this was the best tour. 6 stars out of 5.

Cruising around the island in a convertible already feels unreal, but having a professional photographer + local guide made it next level.The highlight for me was the botanical garden — honestly, I did NOT expect it to be that beautiful. Lush greenery, peaceful vibes, insane photo spots… it felt like stepping into a movie scene. I was seriously blown away.The whole tour felt super relaxed, not rushed at all. No crowds, no stress — just great locations, good music, and amazing photos. The photographer knew exactly where to stop, how to catch the light, and how to make everything feel natural (even if you’re not used to being in front of the camera).I’m 100% happy with the experience and the photos turned out incredible. We did a private whale watching tour with Mana Cruises and had a fantastic experience. There were six of us, and JJ was our captain—he did an excellent job finding whales, especially considering it was toward the end of the whale season in Oahu. We were really grateful to still get such great sightings. JJ was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knew where to look. The boat had water and juice available, but honestly, we didn’t even try the snacks because we were too busy watching for whales the entire time. Overall, a memorable experience and a great way to see whales up close in a more personal setting. Highly recommend Mana Cruises and JJ if you’re looking for a quality whale watching tour.

Throughout the day our guide Michael was absolutely amazing: incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and so welcoming. From the very beginning, he made both me and my kids feel completely comfortable and included, which made the experience even more special. He was patient, engaging, and wonderful with the kids, making history come alive in a way that held everyone’s attention. This felt less like a tour and more like being shown around by a local friend.
