Lots of fun, Cruz and Michael were great! We have done zip lines else where, this one compared well. The only thing I would change is the picture package. It wasn't worth the price, you're better off taking pics w your phone. Once you reach the platform take pics of the person you came with, take each other's pics. If you can secure your phone w a strap, even better, you can record.

Joe was awesome! He was very attentive to all of the guests and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous, and the lunch was delicious! Even when we had some minor van troubles, Joe went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. Love love loved this excursion. If you’re a nature lover, highly recommend this one. You’re pretty much surrounded by greenery left and right. As if that’s not enough, you reach the top, and you’re greeted by a beautiful waterfall. Nothing more I could ask for. Driver was super nice- George. He picked us up and dropped us off. Provided info along the way. Lunch was provided. Hike is not strenuous, just rocky, so make sure you wear sneakers. I saw some children on the trail, but don’t think that was safe bc it is so rocky. Overall this was a 10 for me.
