Michael was absolutely incredible and knowledgeable and responsive to our needs and questions. He has innate ability to understand our interests and shared everything he possibly could with us. His humour was delightful and he is a true erudite, teaching us everything from language, customs, culture, geography, topography, history, food, and everything in between! I cannot recommend Michael more!! I have been sharing with everyone we meet about this tour and encouraging them all to book with him. He made our day absolutely perfect, giving us time in each sacred place, and all the time in the world to spend on eating or shopping or sightseeing, while guiding us about it all. He also cracked me open a raw macadamia nut, and taught us about the fruits and berries of the trees and plants and earth around us. I cannot wait to come back and meet with him again. The tour guides that are brothers are incredible! My bf wanted to go and loved it so much. I was terrified and they helped me with my snorkels feel comfortable and were cheering me on. Saw many sharks. This is NOT for anyone who gets sea sick. You’re in open ocean with massive waves and the cage is slamming against the boat too that you go in. Amazing people though dealing with sea sick passengers

The highlight of the tour was our guide/driver, Sergei!!! He is a history teacher, has lived on the island almost all his life, and he is so knowledgeable about the history of Hawaii. It was such a pleasure to spend time listening about the history and culture of the beautiful islands of Hawaii. I had never been to the Dole Plantation, so that was a fun little stop to get some Dole Whip. I would have enjoyed having a little more time at this stop to ride the Pineapple Express Train. The next stop was the rum distillery. Everyone seemed to enjoy the tasting, and they have a really cute gift shop to purchase rum, chocolate, shirts, glasses, etc. The last stop was the zipline. This was a fun little activity, and we lucked out with some great weather around 5:30pm. Overall, this tour has something for everyone. Oh, and the communication when I initially booked the tour up until the day before was excellent. Thank you to Ashley for making me feel comfortable about the pick up spot and time. (Sergei was right on time as well for the pickup) I would definitely recommend this tour to my friends, but I would make sure they ask for Sergei!
