He had the knowledge of food but his strategic emphasis on culture, island history as well as food experiences & relationships (with the vendors) and his affable manner set the tone for an unforgettable experience! He wasn’t lying when he said to pace yourself, that the portions would be healthy & we’d find ourselves full by tour’s end! The food was ALL great tasting. But it was great to go behind the scenes, taking you to local eateries that you wouldn’t have even considered! We highly recommend this tour when you’re in Waikiki! Ryland was our tour guide and we honestly could not have asked for a better tour guide! He was truly one of the highlights of our first trip to Hawaii. From the moment our tour started, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of.He was incredibly knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and the museum, and what stood out most to us was how genuinely willing he was to answer every question we had. No matter how many questions we asked, he did his best to answer and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain things and share his knowledge in a way that made the experience feel personal and meaningful.He also took us to Dole Plantation, and when we ended up finishing a little earlier than expected, he went out of his way to make an extra stop at 7-Eleven for us. It might seem like a small thing, but those little gestures really showed us how thoughtful and accommodating he was. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure our group had a great day—not just about completing the tour and getting us back.We spent six hours with him, and by the end, it honestly felt like we had spent the day with someone we were really glad we met. He was kind, patient, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an all-around wonderful person.We will genuinely remember this tour as one of our favorite parts of our Hawaii trip. If you're considering booking a tour, book with him—you will not regret it! We are so grateful for the time he spent with us and for all the little things he did to make our day special. 🌺🌴🤙Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!

Very long day. Drop off is a good size walk to and from shuttle. Our driver was so knowledgeable. Great town tour. The shuttle was always where the driver told us to be. Shannon met us and made sure we were good before moving on.

Kelly is a great guide and the tour is interesting. The bikes each have a speaker attached to them so you can always hear what he's saying. He takes lots of pictures and gives them to you at the end of the tour so you don't have to worry about missing anything. This tour is a great way to see Honolulu.

The tour was great, the food was really good, and our guide Ryo was excellent. We were a little uncertain at 1st, as the first stop was in a "not so nice area" of Chinatown. However we were able to overlook that aspect and we were soon sampling food that we would otherwise never try.

Keila (sp?) did a fantastic job. She took us from Waikiki to the Blowhole, Waimanalo, Bellows Beach, Byodo Inn Temple, and a beach park across from Chinaman's Hat. We also made a stop at the Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut store which was fabulous--she helped us get a taste of a fresh unprocessed macadamia nut but cracking the second shell with a rock on a stump. She was friendly and gracious and kept up a running commentary on Hawaiian history that was very informative and entertaining. We thoroughly endorse Keila, Simina (who helped organize it) and Cool Hawaii. Mahalo you guys! It was the best tour we experienced in the Islands!
