The tour itself was great!! However we were told when booking the reservation with Cool Hawaii that we would be picked up at The Disney Aulani Resort where we were staying. Well, come to find out we were lied to when booking the reservation. We had to drive to Waikiki area, which was very inconvenient for us. We were told by the tour company that took us that it’s very common for Cool Hawaii to say that kind of thing. That it happens quite often!! Well it was not appreciated by the 8 of us in our group after paying extra to leave from Aulani. We all feel that a refund is expected because of the lie being told to us. It also cost us extra money because we had to park 3 cars for the day. I truly hope that your company is professional enough to acknowledge this issue.

We had a great time on this tour. It happened to rain during our tour but that only made it that much more of an adventure. This was our first time on electric bikes and they're great to ride. Kelly had us meet at a parking lot so that we could get used to the bikes before we headed out. He took lots of pictures and narrated everything really well. There's a short hike up to the falls and it's well worth the trip. At the end of the tour Kelly treated us to a taco and fries. At that point he also downloaded all the pictures to us.

Michael was absolutely incredible and knowledgeable and responsive to our needs and questions. He has innate ability to understand our interests and shared everything he possibly could with us. His humour was delightful and he is a true erudite, teaching us everything from language, customs, culture, geography, topography, history, food, and everything in between! I cannot recommend Michael more!! I have been sharing with everyone we meet about this tour and encouraging them all to book with him. He made our day absolutely perfect, giving us time in each sacred place, and all the time in the world to spend on eating or shopping or sightseeing, while guiding us about it all. He also cracked me open a raw macadamia nut, and taught us about the fruits and berries of the trees and plants and earth around us. I cannot wait to come back and meet with him again. We had an amazing experience with Mayra on both of our tours! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made every stop interesting and enjoyable. She shared so much information about the history, culture, and places we visited, which really helped us appreciate Hawaii even more.What I especially loved was that Mayra went beyond just being our tour guide. She gave us additional recommendations for things to see and do on our own, and we actually followed some of them. We even sent her pictures after completing our hike to Diamond Head! 😊You can tell that Mayra genuinely cares about the people she takes on her tours and wants them to have the best experience possible. Mayra gave my brother and me an incredible full-day tour around the island, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. She took us to all the important spots, but also showed us places that locals actually go to and some hidden gems that you would never find on your own. That made the whole experience feel much more genuine and authentic, rather than just another tourist tour.Mayra is extremely knowledgeable about the island, its history, local culture, and all the little facts and stories that make each place special. She also speaks Spanish, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable for us. On top of that, she has such a great energy, is incredibly helpful, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re exploring the island with a friend.The whole day felt like an adventure rather than just a tour. It was fun, relaxed, informative, and full of memorable moments. If you’re looking for something more private and personal, especially for a family or small group, I highly recommend Mayra. This was my first time visiting Honolulu, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide. He made my experience truly memorable by preparing a well-planned tour schedule that allowed me to see some of Oahu's most breathtaking sights. We visited the spectacular Halona Blowhole coastal viewpoint and enjoyed the incredible views of Diamond Head. One of my favorite stops was the beautiful Kaiona Beach Park, where the peaceful scenery made for a perfect break. We also took a relaxing drive through Kailua Town, giving me a chance to experience the charm of the local community.What made this tour stand out was our guide's local knowledge. He knew exactly where the locals dine and introduced us to fantastic restaurants that we never would have found on our own. He also recommended magnificent coffee shops with stunning ocean views, making every stop special. His suggestions for shopping were excellent, leading us to great places to find unique local gifts and souvenirs.To top it all off, he recommended taking a tour of Shangri La, which was an unforgettable cultural experience and a wonderful addition to our visit.If you're visiting Honolulu for the first time, I highly recommend booking a tour with this guide. His thoughtful planning, extensive local knowledge, and genuine hospitality made this trip one I'll always remember.

Chris made our airport transfers smooth and stress-free, and Khuto was an outstanding guide for our day exploring Oahu.Our customized North Shore tour included a local coffee shop, pineapple plantation, lunch on the beach, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and scenic stops along the way.
