We booked with Operator, Chase literally around the corner from our hotel. We were a tad skeptical, but decided to move forward because it was such a great way to see the entire Island of Oahu. Jack was our tour guide. We were BLOWN AWAY, by his passion, knowledge of anything and everything Oahu, the Hawaiian language and the culture. I especially loved his knowledge of the volcanoes, the Hawaiian God mythology, the different mountain ranges, the meaning of Hawaii prefix/suffixes, literally all of it. I learned SO MUCH! Uncle Neil was also fantastic, Being born and raised here, he contributed a lot to the tour. Chase (our sales rep) was our intro to this tour and he was fabulous! I would recommend this company and this tour and Jack to everyone I know. Amazing value for our money. Please promote Jack!! 😁😁 Give him a raise!! I hope all of your guides are like him!!

Our driver BK was friendly professional and a font of knowledge. Giving advice when necessary or required. Especially at punchbowl and pearl harbour where security is strict. Only downside was people returning to coach after set time qhich made for a late departure.

Our true provider, David did an awesome job of getting us all picked up at our places. Then took us down to the actual museum. Gave us the quick walk-through. And then let us run ramp it for about 3 hours. He then came back and picked us up and gave us a full City Tour which we weren't expecting. Grade the service and our operator, David , and A+++++

It was so great and well worth the money. Justin C is so knowledgeable about the Island and made each stop fun and laid back. We didn’t feel rushed and were able to explore on our own. Chris was our guide today. He gave us a fabulous tour, he exceptionally knows the area. He has a great sense of humor. We had many laughs today. Chris is a very good driver. Would definitely ask for him to give us a tour again. Chris needs a surprise increase in pay!
