Ryland was great! Super accommodating, not only knowledgeable about everything to do with Pearl Harbor but also some very interesting info about the island, its history and natural surroundings. Was the highlight of the trip!

Ryland was excellent! He was very personal. We learned so much not only about Pearl Harbour, but about Hawaii. Enjoyed hanging out with him! His knowledge was awesome! We had a later time schedule for the Arizona, and he suggested we do a stand by time for earlier and we were able to get that earlier time, because by the time we were originally supposed to go they had shut it down due to high winds. He was very knowledgeable in the process and was able to manage our time well.

John picked us up at our hotel in a beautiful and comfortable mini van. We had a full day visiting all the important sights of Oahu. He was very knowledgeable in the landscape of the island and how it was formed. He also knew everything about the plants and vegetation of the island. We stopped for lunch at a delicious place for Poke bowls. He is a photography buff and took wonderful photos of my husband and I and sent them to us free of charge. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

John was really personable. He listened to what we wanted to do as well as gave us some other recommendations upon which we would not have e considered. He has great insight on the history of the islands and was a pleasure to spend the day with. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing drive around the island with someone who will customize to fit your need.Great job John! A+++

I had an amazing experience hiking Koko Head with Nicole as my guide! She was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable from the start, especially since I decided to do this hike solo. Her energy and overall vibe were so positive and encouraging throughout the entire hike.Nicole went at whatever pace I was comfortable with and continuously motivated me along the way. It’s definitely a challenging hike, but once you reach the top and see the breathtaking views, it is absolutely worth it. I was so proud of myself for accomplishing it!I would absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone considering this experience. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Hawaii, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again to book future adventures!

This tour was absolutely outstanding and ended up being one of the highlights of our entire Oahu trip. We were the only ones who booked that day, so it turned into a private tour with Troy, the owner, which made the experience even more special. From the moment we started driving up Old Pali Road through the Nuuanu Valley rainforest, it felt like stepping into another world. The canopy forming a tunnel overhead was magical, and Troy shared fascinating stories and history along the way. The stop at Nu’uanu Pali Lookout was breathtaking — sweeping views across the windward side, from Kualoa Ranch and Chinaman’s Hat to Kaneohe Sandbar and Kailua. Troy took time to explain the historical significance and made sure we had plenty of opportunities for photos. The Likeke Falls hike was a perfect balance of easy and adventurous. Walking under the rainforest canopy with the sounds of birds and rushing water was incredible, and getting up close to the waterfall felt intimate and unspoiled. Troy pointed out native plants, kukui nuts and ginger, which added a great educational element. We made many stops since there were only the 2 of us and we got thru the hiking portion quicker than if it were a large group. We stopped at Makapu‘u Point, where the coastal views were stunning — lighthouse trail, Sealife Park, Makapu‘u Beach, and even whale-spotting potential since we were in the right season... but alas... they were too shy that day. Then on to the Halona Blowhole, with the potential for dramatic ocean spray if the waves were running the right direction (they weren't), views of Sandy Beach, and a look down at famous Eternity Beach. What truly sets this tour apart is Troy himself. He’s knowledgeable, passionate, relaxed, and genuinely loves sharing Hawaii. He never rushed us, tailored the pace to our interests, and made the whole day feel personal rather than scripted. If you’re looking for an authentic, scenic, and memorable way to experience Oahu beyond the typical tourist stops, book this tour.

Great mixture of hiking and going to multiple scenic ocean locations. The guide was very knowledgeable of sites and local vegetation.

Ryland was our tour guide and we honestly could not have asked for a better tour guide! He was truly one of the highlights of our first trip to Hawaii. From the moment our tour started, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of.He was incredibly knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and the museum, and what stood out most to us was how genuinely willing he was to answer every question we had. No matter how many questions we asked, he did his best to answer and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain things and share his knowledge in a way that made the experience feel personal and meaningful.He also took us to Dole Plantation, and when we ended up finishing a little earlier than expected, he went out of his way to make an extra stop at 7-Eleven for us. It might seem like a small thing, but those little gestures really showed us how thoughtful and accommodating he was. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure our group had a great day—not just about completing the tour and getting us back.We spent six hours with him, and by the end, it honestly felt like we had spent the day with someone we were really glad we met. He was kind, patient, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an all-around wonderful person.We will genuinely remember this tour as one of our favorite parts of our Hawaii trip. We had a great tour of Oahu with John. John was punctual and after discussing what we wanted to see we set off for the day. We went to Waimea Valley, ate at Romy’s in Kahuku, saw Kualoa & Mokoliʻi, and ended the day at Nuʻuanu Pali Lookout. John shared his extensive knowledge of the region and its history throughout. Waimea Valley and the botanical gardens were the highlight for my parents as they enjoyed identifying familiar plants and learning about new ones. He also took great photos of us with his camera and I learned a lot from him about photography. All in all, I recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed John and his tour. He picked us up in a very clean well kept van. He asked what things were of interest to us and what parts of the island we wanted to see. We got to see a ton of highlights and he was incredibly knowledgeable! He knew a lot about history, plants, and mythology! He also offered to pictures of us at every beautiful overlook/stop. He has a really nice camera so the pictures turned out better than they would have with just our iPhone cameras. We had the BEST poke for lunch and malassadas for dessert! YUM!!! Really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend John! 10000000000000/10.

Nicole is an amazing lady with lots of positive energy. lots of fun to be with and around her. she talked about land marks. history of the koko stairs and she would encourage and cheer you on pushing u to the top. she has been the best hostess yet. picking us up at our hotel and dropping us backoff there. had cold coconut water and other drinks available after hike. well worth the time and company . a must DO!!!

John was more than willing to listen to our interests, as well as insure we took in sights that we might otherwise not have mentioned. His knowledge of plants and animals, especially birds, added to the enjoyment of the natural beauty of O’ahu. His lunch choice was authentic and delicious.
