We had an amazing experience with Mayra on both of our tours! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made every stop interesting and enjoyable. She shared so much information about the history, culture, and places we visited, which really helped us appreciate Hawaii even more.What I especially loved was that Mayra went beyond just being our tour guide. She gave us additional recommendations for things to see and do on our own, and we actually followed some of them. We even sent her pictures after completing our hike to Diamond Head! 😊You can tell that Mayra genuinely cares about the people she takes on her tours and wants them to have the best experience possible. She took us to all the important spots, but also showed us places that locals actually go to and some hidden gems that you would never find on your own. That made the whole experience feel much more genuine and authentic, rather than just another tourist tour.Mayra is extremely knowledgeable about the island, its history, local culture, and all the little facts and stories that make each place special. She also speaks Spanish, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable for us. On top of that, she has such a great energy, is incredibly helpful, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re exploring the island with a friend.The whole day felt like an adventure rather than just a tour. It was fun, relaxed, informative, and full of memorable moments. If you’re looking for something more private and personal, especially for a family or small group, I highly recommend Mayra. The tour guide Riley was early, which we appreciated. She did an amazing job of explaining the history leading up to the war and took us to the punch bowl cemetery as a bonus. She also did an amazing job explaining things as we walked through the aviation areas, but also gave us space to roam. We highly recommend this tour company.

We never knew we had a Hawaiian cousin until we experienced this tour! Our newly minted Hawaiian cousin Maya was spectacular. He taught us so much during this tour, made us laugh, and even took us to get Malasada (famous Hawaiian donuts) from a food truck on the way to Pearl Harbor! This is not like any other tour at Pearl, our tour guide walked us in with pre-printed passes for the USS Arizona, gave us a complete understanding of grounds with important tips, everything we must see, and timing to optimize our experience. Very well done cousin!

Noelani was on time and it was an easy pickup. She had many stories of historical and cultural richness. We learned a lot about Hawaii. Well worth the time and money. As a side note we wish we had taken their Pearl Harbor tour rather than buying a Pearl Harbor passport and doing it ourselves.

If you’re looking for a “fun” trip, this isn’t it. The battleship memorials were solemn and extremely powerful. As that oil bubbled up and spread, it was just so…wrenching. Jorge, our tour driver/guide was so knowledgeable as he shared some of the history of Hawaii. But that’s just another powerful and solemn story.

To visit the Arizona was a humbling experience. To realize how many youth died in the attack made me realize as a Vietnam veteran how fortunate I never sailed into harms way. That we were not subject to air or submarine attack.
